On the heights of Vouvray, in the heart of the vineyards, this very bright and friendly contemporary house of 240m2 of a Capacity of 12 people is the ideal place to visit Touraine and its Châteaux (Amboise 15 min, Chenonceau 30 min, Villandry 35 min, Blois 50 min, Chambord 60 min and ZooParc de Beauval 55 min).

The house is organized on 2 levels, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 large dressing room.
The 6 bedrooms open onto the large terrace with its swimming pool and spa.

On the first floor: a large main room with kitchen, dining room, living room, fireplace
to comfortably accommodate stays with friends, family or work seminars.
- a large living room of 65m2 with open kitchen fitted and generously equipped (large fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine) will allow you to share moments of cooking around the central island.
