This is truly a hidden gem, boasting incredible accessibility to an intersection of activities, cuisine, and culture. Access to NJ waterfront on the Hudson, exploration opportunities are endless, it has everything you need for an exceptional vacation. 2 bedrooms- 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed and a pak and travel playpen for toddlers. Sunroom with office to plug in for work or play. Large living room with beautiful leather sectionals, open concept dining room, large kitchen- fully equipped, spacious bathroom, and 960 sq feet of outdoor space out back, nice size backyard. Wonderful way to start your day either with breakfast or coffee, it's really great energy!

Nightlife is boasting with incredible accessibility to an intersection of activities, diverse cuisine, and culture. It is walking distance from the huge James Braddock park, which in itself has a dreamy lake, playground/sprinklers, and almost every sports amenity imaginable. What an amazing time in Jersey. And thank you to our wonderful host. Everything was very clean and detailed. House well organized and literally every direction is a bus stop not too far if you need to get around or if you would like to get to the city. Literally takes 44 minutes so get to New York

Wonderful

We were so pleased with your lovely home it was just as described in the pictures! It was very clean and quiet. We loved the location and using the Ferry it was very close to us and made it easier to get to New York considering all the traffic on New Years. Thank you for being so helpful when we had questions about restaurants getting around we greatly appreciated everything. We loved New York so much we want to come back again! Hopefully we will seen you sometime again in the near future. We ended 2024 in New York and began 2025 in New York! Thank you for everything!!

AMAZING place to stay!!!

I flew into NJ from UT for a surgery in NYC and stayed at Casa de Paz. From the moment I sent a message asking about the property, the owners were amazing. They even went out of their way to accommodate us when my surgery was changed and we had to move the date up. We really appreciated their help with transportation information too. It was SO easy (and close) to catch a bus into the city, and then use the subway to navigate. The hosts even went out of their way to message us to find out how my surgery went. WOW. We loved the home - it was spacious and beautiful. The kitchen was perfect, and we loved the little touches like tea, coffee, and oatmeal that they left us. We would definitely stay here again, and hope to in the future. Thanks so much to the owners for sharing your lovely space with us.

NYC with the kids

Took 2 of our 4 daughters with us for a trip to NYC. Location of the house is great for traveling across the river. The city park close to the house is also a very nice place. Excellent communication with the owner, would definitely recommend staying here to any of my friends or family.

nice, quiet, clean place but has Indoor Cameras

the place is nice, clean and organized. hosts were good and safe place but they have indoor cameras that monitor audio and visual so you have no privacy of use of property

This property was absolutely perfect! We were two couples and it was amazing for us! The property owners went above and beyond to make sure our first trip was most memorable! Would definitely do it again :)

Great stay close to everything!

We attended an event at Met Life Stadium and we found this home was central to getting there, Jersey City and NYC! The host was very welcoming and provided a list of her favorite neighborhood spots. We took her recommendation and had a wonderful dinner at Harry’s! The accommodations were nice and spacious with a well stocked kitchen and linens. The huge outdoor private patio was perfect for our morning coffee. I’d definitely stay here again!

Lovely home and responsive owners

The property is lovely and spacious. We had an unexpected glitch with a plumbing problem late at night, but the owners were very responsive even at the late hour. It was a bit of a bus ride to the city (we did not have a car for taking the ferry), but once we got the hang of it, it worked out well and was very affordable and straightforward to get to and from NYC.

Best place to stay!

This was the third and final place we stayed on our trip. It was BY FAR the nicest place, and the cleanest place for sure. Very comfortable!

The Big Apple is right at your fingertips. 3 blocks away from the Bergenline/JFK/BLVD EAST Bus Routes to NYC. Steps away from the BLVD east bus or ferry shuttle. A bus ride away from Light Rail, which leads to the path. Mass trans options are incredibly easy. Commuting by foot is very easy as well. Many options are a shuttle or short car ride away.
