The Gîte du Pêcheur is close to the canal greenway and the confluence of the Baïse and Garonne rivers.

This detached house has been completely renovated for a pleasant stay with friends or family.
Wooded grounds of 3,000 m², fenced on 3 sides, 2 entrance gates and private premises.
Private saltwater swimming pool, 8 x 4 m, 1.50 m deep, secured by electric cover. Beach with sun loungers and deckchairs.
With a surface area of 86 m², the fisherman's gîte has a pleasant kitchen opening onto the living room with stove (wood at extra cost), sitting area with connected TV and a shower room with WC.
Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms (bedroom 1: 1 x 160cm bed, bedroom 2: 1 x 140cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed + 1 extra bed) and a separate WC.
Terraces, garden furniture and barbecue are available for you to enjoy the sunshine.
