It comprises a lovely living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms with three en-suite shower rooms, and a garden of around 1,300 m² with terrace and swimming pool. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 85 m² living room with TV lounge area, dining area and open-plan fitted kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160 × 200) and shower room with walk-in shower
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160 × 200) and shower room with walk-in shower
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 3: with king-size bed (180 × 200) and bathroom with walk-in shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron, portable connected speaker.

Outside:
- A swimming pool (private, heated and covered with a motorised roller shutter, open from 1ᵉʳ June to 30 September), swimming corridor type measuring 17 m long x 3 m wide
- A 180 m² terrace with garden furniture, gas barbecue and brazier (with wood reserve) at your disposal
- A beautiful 1,300 m² garden with uninterrupted views over the valley

The house is ideally located in Prayssas, a village full of character, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll find all the essential shops on site, as well as boutiques, restaurants, a market, a pharmacy and a health centre.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private outdoor car park, which can accommodate 4 vehicles.
