The location of the property was amazing and so was the pool, but there is where all the good stuff stops and the nightmare began! The house was dirty, electrical sockets hanging off walls, electrical wires loose in all bathrooms, paint peeling off, possible mould, fridge partly broken, WiFi only worked for later part of the stay,kitchen worktop that has been poorly fitted and now sags in the middle and all this documented in photos and video and reported to Vrbo/Expedia and its was deemed acceptable to keep us there!!
Many emails explaining we had children there and it was a maxed out budget already but zero help and assistance from either Vrbo or Expedia.... absolutely disgusting service!!
