We will be delighted to welcome you to our family holiday home in which we like to spend weekends and family holidays.

Located in Lermot, a former fishing village, on the Hillion Peninsula, with very easy access (4 lanes Rennes - Brest some 10 minutes away).

With its fully enclosed garden of 800m² and facing South / South West: you can spend pleasant moments with family or friends!

With its 4 bedrooms to accommodate you with 9 beds
On the first floor CH1 bed 160,
Then upstairs CH2 bed 160, CH3 2 beds 90, CH4 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90

Its kitchen with fully equipped back kitchen, its bright living room / dining room, as well as a small veranda overlooking the street.

2 bathrooms / shower room with WC on the first floor.

The Hillion Peninsula is in the heart of an ornithological nature reserve allowing you to observe throughout the year various species of migratory birds.

The beach of Hillion, 400m from the house, is with a fairly flat bottom, so water + warm than in the beaches located more towards the open sea and greater safety for children.

You can take advantage of the customs officers' paths (GR34) all around the peninsula, allowing you to take various and varied walks on foot or by bike.

Hillion is the sea in the countryside!

In the bay, possibility to:
- Fishing on foot (large reserve of cockles)
- lounge coast (the sea uncovers a lot and the bottom of the bay is quite flat making it easy to walk in the water)
- works on foot on the sand at low tidePGJyPg
You have all the local shops in the town of Hillion (butcher, caterer, baker, Proxi supermarket) and large and medium-sized supermarkets in the town of Yffiniac (ALDI and HUPER U). Saint Brieuc (16 km) or Lamballe (19 km) SNCF train stations.
Also a small market gardener 400m away selling his vegetables at the end of the day (depending on the season)

We are 16 km (20 mins) from Pléneuf Val André, Saint Brieuc and Lamballe.

Very touristic region, with within a radius of 1 hour
To the east: Mont Saint Michel, Saint Malo, Dinard, Cap Fréhel
To the west: the pink granite coast: Perros Guirrec, Trebeurden, Paimpol, the island of Bréhat

We provide you with sheets, towels and dish towels as well as basic household products. (cleaning products, dishwasher and washing machine)

The house must be left clean. We only take care of the washing sheets and household linen provided.
Depending on our possibilities, we can provide end-of-stay cleaning. Point to be validated at the time of booking.

No need to take your garbage in containers remotely or leave with your garbage cans. The house has its own garbage cans. We just ask you to respect the selective sorting in force.

The rate indicated includes all charges (water, electricity, heating, tourist taxes)
