The sofa bed in the main room can be used as a single bed.

A hallway leads to the bathroom (vanity unit, shower, washing machine), a separate WC, and the bedroom (one queen-size bed + wardrobe).

The living room opens onto a pleasant landscaped patio (table, chairs, sun loungers, awning, gas barbecue).

At the front of the house, there is a small enclosed courtyard.

One private parking space.
