Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offer you this charming 42 m² air-conditioned flat with swimming pool is located 50 m from the beach in L'Île-Rousse. It can accommodate up to 5 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 15 m² living room with sofa bed, dining area, TV...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140×190)

- Bathroom with shower

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A shared swimming pool (4×12 m) that is unheated, fenced, childproofed and open from 1 May to 30 September.
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture and a view of the pool to enjoy the sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in L'Île-Rousse, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

L'île-Rousse, nicknamed the Saint-Tropez of Corsica, has something for everyone: sun-lovers will appreciate the warmest micro-climate in Corsica! Come and discover its heritage, its beach and its sumptuous landscapes.
