This is a monthly rental and is available for extended stays.

As this is strictly a monthly rental the rates you see posted as daily are approximate. May through September we consider our peak months, while October through April are our off-season. Peak month rental per month is $4,000 plus applicable fees. Off season rates are $2,500 per month with applicable fees as well.
