We love this locations for many reasons. Its a new construction. The property is in a community that is very tranquil. You can walk to the community pool or gym. The views are amazing.
Its own entrance. Bedroom with its own bathroom. Has microwave, mini fridge, Keurig/Regular coffee maker. Flat-screen Samsung smart 55' TV. I’m available to help for special occasions or any reasonable amenity.

All Guests must respect the neighbor’s privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property
· No outdoor music is allowed at any time, including any amplified music. The quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am, and during those hours the use of outdoor amenities are prohibited from 10pm to 8am. Any and all music played inside cannot be heard from outside of the property as well.

The perfect place to escape and unwind in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Convenient located close to a pharmacy, grocery, and fast food. Close to Downtown Palm Springs and the International Airport. The property is a new construction.

cathedral City have an ordinance for short term rental.( less than30days) On arrival day we would need the following

_names of additional guest staying with you
_rental car details can be given on arrival day
_All guest are required to comply with Cathedral City noise and outdoor activity. Enjoying the property
