We live in attached part of the home but 1bd/1 are private and separate with NO SHARE SPACES. With our guest.

We love this locations for many reasons. Its a new construction. The property is in a community that is very tranquil. You can walk to the community pool or gym. The views are amazing.

Its own entrance. Bedroom with its own bathroom. Has microwave, mini fridge, Keurig/Regular coffee maker. Flat-screen Samsung smart 55' TV. I’m available to help for special occasions or any reasonable amenity.
Accommodations is primary for ONLY 2 Guest

All Guests must respect the neighbor’s privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property
· No outdoor music is allowed at any time, including any amplified music. The quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am, and during those hours the use of outdoor amenities are prohibited from 10pm to 8am. Any and all music played inside cannot be heard from outside of the property as well.

The perfect place to escape and unwind in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Convenient located close to a pharmacy, grocery, and fast food. Close to Downtown Palm Springs and the International Airport. The property is a new construction.

Great Suite with Thoughtful Amenities

This is our second stay here, which should say all that needs to be said about this great property! It's close to the interstate but in a very quiet neighborhood. Easy access to downtown Palm Springs too. The hosts are FANTASTIC...communicate well and timely. We are very appreciative of the little touches that make it feel like home: toiletries, coffee, snacks, and more. We'll likely return!

Great place

The host was amazing as well as this place!! Location was great, pool area was perfect and I can’t say enough about the property! Would definitely stay here again without hesitation! One of the best places I have stayed at and the kindness of the hosts with snacks, cups/plates, amenities and pure kindness was top notch!

Best 'mini' apartment/room!

The property is the perfect spot for those looking for a 'mini' apartment/room in the area. The place has all the amenities you would need. Also, the hospitality of the owners is top-notch. The property is very clean, new, and very comfortable. I had a good sleep after a long night shift at work! Highly recommended!!

A great property just as advertised!

We needed one night ahead of staying closer to Indian Wells for the BNP Paribas open. This is a great little suite in a new neighborhood with a lot of thoughtful touches for travelers. We'll likely stay here again!

Property is better than described. Beautiful space with ALL.YOU NEED. COFFEE, TEA, JUICE, SNACKS, NICROWAVE, TOASTER, COMPACT REFRIG, For those that forget toiletries, those are available also. Access to the pool and fitness center which is 100.ft.from.property.

Perfect stay!

Roscio and Manuel have an amazing listing! Everything was perfect. The convenience of checking in and privacy is outstanding. It started with receiving full details that were provided after the reservation, the consistent communication which I love and appreciate, down to answering questions promptly. The rental was exactly what I saw in the photos, but what they didn’t include were the goodies they had for my stay. Maybe I didn’t notice them, but if forgotten they provided complimentary soda/snacks and toiletries, etc. I was even welcomed with a personal note. It is the personal touches while traveling for work that make it so welcoming. If I am ever in that area again, I hope I would be lucky to rent this location again! Thank you for everything my fellow Northsiders woooo!

Lovely stay!

We had an amazing stay at this property and found the listing to be even better than expected! The room was sparkling clean with thoughtful touches (snacks, drinks, toiletry products) and we found it to be perfectly spacious for two people. The bed was very comfortable and we were truly able to relax. The location was ideal for us since we had a rental car and it was a short drive to all the areas we were exploring (as well as restaurants!) Having community access to the pool and hot tub was a huge plus. Roscio and Manuel were available via text and although we had no issues, we felt like they would have been available for whatever we needed. Highly recommend!

Wonderful One-Night Stay!

I was very pleased with my stay in the smaller of the two rooms that are available. Everything was immaculate and very nicely decorated. There were plenty of snacks and cold drinks in the mini frig when I arrived (even mango juice!) Roscio was a great host, answering questions beforehand and during my stay. The large heated pool and hot tub shared by the development are just down the street and were sparkling clean. She provided big fluffy pool towels so no need to bring your own. The bed was very comfortable, as were all pillows and towels. The only thing I would suggest bringing is an extension cord if you like to plug in and use your phone when in bed since the outlets are not very close. Other than that you will not be lacking for anything (even essential toiletries were provided if you forgot something). I highly recommend this property and Roscio as a VRBO host.
