Great stay. Perfect location on a preserve with walking paths, short but swimmable pool, with nearby breakfast places, a farmers market, and downtown. friendly community. This unit has a perfect view with a south facing balcony well shielded from direct sun until the afternoon, at which point the front balcony is perfectly cool. very nice newly remodeled kitchen, well furnished, comfortable bed. a few things could use fixing (e.g. front door catches), but minor quibbles for a place I would definitely return to.

We loved our stay at Chris & Raul's condo. The condo was super clean and well stocked with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Placed on the table was a basket of snacks and a bottle of wine which was very welcoming. The kitchen had just been remodeled so we were one of the first guests to use it! The view from the deck towards the mountains was simply gorgeous and one could just spend the whole day sitting there and getting lost in the scenery. Check-in communication with Chris & Raul was flawless and they made sure we had everything we needed - so to make a long story short - we hope to be back soon ;)

Nice bird refuge

This was a great location, and Chris was very helpful. The kitchen is well-appointed and the views were great. I appreciated that the property was quiet and we really enjoyed the birds in the Prescott Preserve.

Great Place

The condo is very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay for a week in March. Especially enjoyed the beautiful and quiet view from the front balcony over the Prescott Preserve. Very peaceful and relaxing setting, yet so close to downtown Palm Springs. Communication with Chris and Paul was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The view was spectacular!!

We feel the location of this condo is one of the best in Palm Springs with being so central to everything. We loved our view of the Mountains and easy drive to downtown Palm Springs. However, The condo is dated and could use a facelift

Quiet too floor condo convenient to most places. Great pool and spa. Was there six days on only saw other portions at the pool once.

Clean and Beautiful!

We had enjoyable stay at this property in early January. We also had a little yorkie-poo with us. He got comfortable with the place quickly and he loves stepping out to downstairs, sniffing the green lawns around the property.

We initially had some trouble with the gate code but it was quickly resolved and Carl the concierge was friendly and helpful. We arrived to find lots of treats and wine, which was a nice touch and always greatly appreciated! The condo worked well for our 12 day stay, however we found the bathroom is small for 2 people for that length of stay. We loved being on the Prescott preserve and could hear coyotes at night, otherwise the setting is very quiet, away from the main road, which was great. There are 2 patios -one for sun and one for shade depending on the time of day, which was also great. We enjoyed walks on the preserve and seeing the turtle ponds. The condo is furnished nicely, though the chairs in the living room and dining room squeak. The TV in the LR is kind of small. Maybe we wouldn't have been so noticeable except we were there during th Olympics. The kitchen was very well stocked and we had everything we needed for meal preparation, including use of the grill. The pool and hot tub area is nice but no umbrellas. Also, surprisingly we did not see a shower at the pool area and toward the end of our stay the hot tub was very cloudy and not welcoming. Maybe because it was a holiday weekend. We were very excited to find 2 pickleball courts in the complex, right behind the condo which we used several times. We enjoyed our stay! Great spot!

This condo is just the right size for two people. It was clean, and had everything we needed, although it could have used some updating. The bed is great! The owners were quick to respond whenever we had a question. The condo is in a great central location, although the golf course that it sits next to is closed and being converted into a wildlife preserve.

Great place to stay.

This was great place to stay. Very clean and close to everything Palm Springs has to offer. It also ended up being just over a mile from friends of ours that moved there 10 years ago. The property was easy to access. The entrance to the property was also very beautifully landscaped with "loads" of flowers. The condo was situated overlooking the tennis courts a gorgeous mountain views. The microwave blew its fuse and Chris the property manager showed up and installed a new one the same day. We will definitely rent again in the future. Thanks Guys!!

Clean, tidy, bright

The unit was very clean, and comfortable, with lots of natural light and a beautiful view of the mountains. The kitchen had everything we needed. The golf course isn’t operational and we didn’t realize that when we booked, but it’s still pretty. There was also a miscommunication about our check in time, but that was resolved. I think there must have been some kind of glitch with check in/out instructions that we didn’t receive. When I clicked on “Here’s your keys” it took me back to the front page. We had an early return flight and realized on checking out that morning we hadn’t been informed of the process. I only mention this because it might be helpful for future guests, as we were trying to follow the rules, but couldn’t find them on the VRBO site.

We loved this place. The Mountain views were jaw dropping and the condo itself was clean, comfortable and quiet. We had a nature preserve steps away and all the great things Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley have to offer were just a short drive away. We wouldn’t hesitate in booking this place again in the future.
