Top floor apartment comprising: entrance, living room with new open kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, hob, toaster, Tassimo coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine), TV, bedroom with 160 cm bed, dressing room and TV, shower room with bath, separate WC.
Air conditioning in all rooms. Well-exposed terrace with sea view, private lock-up garage in the basement of the residence.
Apartment for 4 people, with the option of sleeping an extra person in the living room on two benches (2x90cm).
Close to all amenities, everything within walking distance.
Cleaning included. Linen rental: single bed: 40€ / double bed: 50€.
