Spacious detached house nestled in lush greenery along the river, on an open plot of 1.5 ha, near the owners' house. (guest room) and 35 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit.
Ground floor: living room/living room with open fitted kitchen, separate WC. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 1 90 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 1 90 cm bed), bathroom, separate WC. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms. (1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed), shower room/wc. Equip. extra: Internet access, DVD player, baby cot/high chair. Included: wood, sheets, linens and electricity.
To see: Solesmes abbey, medieval village of Asnières sur Vègre.
Compulsory cleaning package extra: €100 and heating package extra €12/day from the beginning of October to the beginning of May.
Supplement per animal/day: €10.
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
