Gîte Familial Avec Piscine & Prestations

Ideally located in the heart of the Vendée (30 minutes from Puy du Fou and the Marais Poitevins, 45 minutes from Les Sables and Nantes, 1 hour from La Rochelle, 5 minutes from the A83), come and spend a pleasant stay, quiet, with friends or family. Rental possible up to 14 people in a cottage. Accommodation completely renovated in 2020, with shower/sink/toilet in each room. Many services such as swimming pool, petanque court, swing, billiards, Ping-Pong table, children's games... Free Wifi.
The accommodation
In addition, the swimming pool located on our land is accessible during the day (about 3 hours per day) for the well-being of everyone from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Jacuzzi open from April to the end of October and limited to 1h30 of access per day
Traveler access
The pool is accessible from June to September, 3 hours per day, times to be agreed together.
Access to the spa open from the end of April to October, and limited to 1 hour per day, in order to comply with sanitary measures. Swimming shorts are not allowed, Shower is mandatory before entering the spa.
We do not provide towels and sheets at an additional cost, 10€ per room for 2 and 15 euros for a room for 4 people.
All other activities (petanque, Swing and trampoline) are located on the gîte side, so access is not restricted.
Other remarks
The basic rate includes the "Manon" and "Maxence" rooms.
The rate varies according to the number of people, so one room will be allocated for each booking of 2 additional people. If you wish to book all the rooms, you will have to put "10 people" when you book.
