The living room opens onto the heart of the property: a large, air-conditioned relaxation area with a 6-person spa, sauna, and foosball table, leading onto the terrace and also providing access to a second shower room and a separate WC. Upstairs (with a slightly sloping ceiling), you will find another lounge area, four bedrooms (one with two single beds and three with double beds), a shower room, and a separate WC. Outside, you will enjoy a 500m² garden with a terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, and sun loungers). Farms (livestock and crops) are located approximately 1 km from the accommodation.
