The Downtown Digs

Our Mid-century inspired Downtown Digs is just a few blocks from Bentonville's top attractions and only a few minutes by bicycle from the popular downtown Bentonville Square and mountain biking trails. Fully renovated in January 2021, this house has two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom features a king-size bed and the 2nd bedroom has two queen-size beds plus two twin trundle beds. You'll enjoy chilling out in the mid-century-inspired decor complete with retro furniture, art, fun lighting fixtures, and plenty of outdoor lounging area on the new covered deck with modern style outdoor furniture. A large yard gives kids room to run! For bikers visiting the area we have a secure storage shed on the property for you to lock away your bikes and gear securely out of sight.

We had a great time in Bentonville. Loved how easy it was to ride to the downtown Square and to the trails and all the great restaurants in Bentonville. Just had a great time.

Cute, Comfortable, Clean

The size of the bedrooms were perfect for us and the two teens. There is a dinning room table which was great because we played a lot of Monopoly Deal. It was a little too hot to hang out outside which is unfortunate because the covered porch had a cute area to hang out. Only thing I remember wishing was having a full length mirror, or a more accessible mirror in one of the bedrooms to get ready in front of so I didn’t have to occupy the bathroom.

Great place to stay in Bentonville

My partner, my parents and I made a trip to Bentonville and stated at Bob and McKenna's place. It was perfect for our needs. While we didn't take advantage, the house has a great kitchen and is fully fitted out with everything you would need to make some great meals. The place is in a great location, far enough removed from the hussle and bussle of downtown, but close enough to still enjoy all that donwtown has to offer. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Nice stay!!

My daughter and I enjoyed this lovely place close to restaurants and Crystal Bridges museum. Lovely decor! This home was very clean and the beds were comfy. Love the front deck space for relaxing. The neighborhood seemed very quiet.

Rainy bentonville stay

It rained most of the time but we made the most of it and I asked for a late checkout to stay longer in the afternoon and the owners allowed it which was very nice. Thankful to have them as our hosts!

Great spot close to biking yet quiet

We rented this to be close to trails. The property had great spaces, was very clean, and we loved the outdoor chairs to hang out on. Our only issue was there was not many channels on the tv and we couldn’t watch March madness basketball games and the pillows were not comfortable. We appreciated the washer dryer and nice bathroom. There are no tvs in bedrooms. The shed for bikes was great. The street was quiet Even with construction next door . Wish the bedroom had a clock

Located wonderfully

The house was adorably cute and wonderfully clean. Plenty of linens, dishes and sleeping space. I visited for the Bentonville half marathon and it was located perfectly for that. I don’t think we drove more than 10 minutes to get to anything while we stayed. I hope we can stay here again in the future!

Great Place to Stay

Great location, well decorated, very clean, and plenty of supplies stocked. The only blemish we had were communication instructions for check-in process were a little late. We were traveling and cell/data on our part was possibly part of the issue. Still a great stay and would do it again if in town. Thank you!

Mountain Bike Trip to Bentonville

Great base to explore Bentonville

A very comfortable, well equipped home with large garden in quiet neighborhood within walking or biking distance from historical downtown, wonderful restaurants and many museums.

Home Base Retreat

This was a great home base for for my best friend and me as we explored Bentonville and all it had to offer. The porch was delightful for some yoga and chats together. After a long day of exploring, it was great to have so many premium subscription TV channels to watch for a wind-down before bed. I recommend!

Big & Little Sugar Races

11 days of race prep and bike racing. Easy to get to start & finish line. Bikable, or walkable to Bentonville Square, the Momentary, restaurants, etc. Clean, comfy, well stocked. Outdoor areas to work on bikes. Would recommend!

Fun place to stay. "Funky chic" decor, homey feel. I especially appreciated the attention to details like extra pillows, blankets and throws, coffee pods for the Keurig, boxes of Kleenex. The King bed and pillows were very comfortable. WiFi was easy and strong. comfortable.

Very Impressed

This place was perfectly located to walk anywhere nearby. Neighborhood was safe. The host was very easy to communicate with. The house has every immenity you need! Well worth every penny.
