Welcome to One South Lumina, a prime location and Oceanfront building on Wrightsville Beach!
Sand Dollar Suite 302 is located in the middle of the building on the third floor. The balcony offers unobstructed ocean views overlooking Stone St. There is parking for 2 cars.
This one bedroom condo features a queen bed, a full bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, an open-concept dining area, and a welcoming living room with a mounted TV and queen sleeper sofa, along with the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer.
Step out onto your private balcony and take in sweeping ocean views, the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Guests also have access to a pool overlooking the beach. With off-street parking included, you can leave the car behind and walk everywhere, just steps to the beach, local restaurants, and shops.

There is assigned off street parking for 2 cars only. Clearance height is 7ft 3in. No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking.
Secured building with door code, elevator, shared outdoor pool overlooking the beach.
You will have exclusive access to the condo unit.
POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY
Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.
You must be 25 yrs or older to book - Valid ID will be required

Check OUT is before 11AM
In order to ensure proper sanitization between each guest there are NO exceptions to this.

Great location! Very clean accommodations, perfect getaway with the beach within sight and walkable to restaurants and shops. The only hiccup we had was the instructions to open the door, they need some clarification but other than that I would definitely return.

Perfect little spot for my small family’s vacation back to my old home of Wrightsville Beach. Clean and well appointed. Close to everything you need. Park your car and walk or ride your bike everywhere on the island. Most nights spent on the balcony with a glass of wine. There’s a nice ocean view even though it’s not ocean front. A little noisy on weekend nights, but that’s to be expected as you’re near the beach bars. Would definitely stay again!

We have stayed at this property in different units about 5 times in the last 8 weeks. This unit is not well furnished for a vacation rental - nowhere to put your luggage other than the floor. One little rickety makeup stand with a tv monitor was in the bedroom. The door from the bedroom to the deck was caulked shut. The floors were littered with crumbs. The deck furniture was very nice though.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay at this place, just steps to the beach. And with a pool as well which the kids loved! The place was very clean, we met the housekeepers and they were very nice and friendly and you know they take their craft very seriously, the place was immaculate! There were some things though that they could fix, one socket was without a plate and is shock hazard especially for kids, the balcony doesn’t have any light, the bathroom sink is too high for kids, maybe add a step stool. Other than that, this is so close to the beach, restaurants and will consider coming back to our next beach trip!
