Fantastic find in the heart of Newport
After staying at many VRBO homes, it was a first for us to be the inaugural guests at this beautiful property, which is conveniently located to a number of great spots in Newport, many of which are within walking distance.
The owners have outdone themselves in refurbishing this apartment, which has a private entrance in the back of the house along with designated parking. The apartment is beautifully appointed with all the expected amenities and then some ... including a well-stocked kitchen, wine fridge, super comfortable beds, lux linens, TVs in every room, generous closet space, etc.
The apartment is the perfect spot in which to relax or come home to after a day at the beach and / or sightseeing.
To be fair to future renters, the apartment is in a multi-family home and, on occasion, we could hear the residents upstairs and the garage doors opening and closing below us. We weren't bothered in the least bit, but thought it worth noting that it is not a stand-alone house.
We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning when we are next in Newport.
