Charming Farmhouse Themed cottage in beautiful Winter Park, FL. This home is centrally located near Rollins College (4 miles), UCF (6.5 miles), and Full Sail University (1.8 miles) as well as just a short drive away from Park Avenue in Winter Park (4.5 miles) and a hop, skip and a jump away from 417 which takes you to Downtown Orlando (11 miles) and Disney's theme parks (34 miles). This house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a large fenced in back yard. The kitchen is fully furnished with a stainless steel fridge, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave. You will have everything you need including pots, pans, utensils, dishware, coffee station, linens, towels, and complimentary shampoo and conditioner in bathrooms. Dogs are welcome with a $100 pet fee and will love the big fenced in back yard! there is no garage, however, there is plenty of space for 2-4 vehicles. All bedrooms have a queen bed. The house is beautifully furnished with farmhouse decor.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. We picked this location because my niece lives in nearby Oviedo where we were gathering for a family holiday celebration. The house was clean and comfortable. My Mom brought her dog and the house was very dog friendly. It was also equipped with baby essentials which definitely came in handy as my grandson is 12 months old. Thank you we would stay here again in the future.

This house is cozy, clean, and comfy. Host is amazing as well and replies very quickly. House is in a nice quiet neighborhood but still close to all things Orlando.

Disappointing property! The condition of the property is not as described or as it appears in the photos. The most alarming issue is the front door and deadbolt as it has apparently been broken into and repaired so poorly that I was afraid it might not stand up to regular use much less deter a burglar. We felt very unsafe. Then there is the obvious smell of mold/mildew upon each entry. The master bath sink does not drain and was very annoying!! There are numerous other appearance issues as well as no gazebo as promised in the description. Front porch is also filthy and ragged. The owner is pleasant and accommodating and the decor is cute on a bright note.

Great place and location

We enjoyed our stay here. They had everything that we needed and in close proximity to everything. The hosts were very easy to work with and great at communication. We will stay again!

Great stay

The house was great for what we needed. It’s close to restaurants and about 15 min from UCF. It is an older home but it is well kept and decorated nicely. We had a great stay and recommend it. The host was excellent at communication.

Another great stay

Second time staying at this property and it was as good as the first. Great property and communication from the owner. Nice, quiet street with easy access to Winter Park and other areas of town. Easy checkin and checkout process.
