Charming Heated Pool home in Altamonte Springs

This Altamonte Springs House is nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood that comfortably hosts a family, group of friends, couples or single traveler.

The layout of the house includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private master bathroom. One bed room has a queen bed. The last bed room also had a queen bed . There is also a pack and play on the property for the real little ones (upon request).

We have keyless entry. 24 hours before your stay we will give you all information needed to check in at the appropriate time.

Please feel free to contact us if there are any issues or questions. We will do our best to ensure you have a great stay.

Early check-in or late check-out is possible, but this will need to be approved and there is an additional charge for this service as we have to bring in an additional cleaner to have the home ready in a shorter period of time.

We allow up to 2 hours for early check in or late check out. We charge $20 per hour for these additional services.

Please let us know if you would like these additional services.
Please no eating in the bedrooms.

Guest not part of the reservation are not allowed on property. If you have more than 6 guest at the house there will be an additional charge of $50 per person. (This is for overnight and VISITING guest). Your reservation will also be canceled.

Property has security system for managing exterior of house. Please do not tamper with these devices (exterior Camera's or internal base station) as this can cause your reservation to be canceled.

Fantastic Stay

Great property and veautiful back yard setup (just wish it was not 30-40 when we stayed lol). House was spotless and extremely clean. Would absolutley recommend for short or extended stays if looking in the area!

Nice Clean house

Had a great time in the Orlando area this house had a nice location in a nice clean neighborhood. Would recommend this as a nice clean affordable option.

1. On the positive side, the owners responded promptly to any questions or issues we addressed with them with one exception (carport)2. Overall the home is in dire need of better maintenance and upkeep (cleanliness). Below are the items we found to be less than adequate for the price we paid. a. The master bedroom bed is in need of updating or obtaining a new one. The ceiling fan needs to be tightened or changed and better window treatments are needed so that it is darker in the room and is for all bedrooms. b. The master shower does not work the way it is intended. The toilet was offensive and the seat also needed to be replaced. c. The kitchen needs a lot of work. The dishwasher does not work. Many of the utensils and cooking items were dirty and unusable. Very little storage area for essentials for cooking and no pantry makes it challenging.d. We noticed a bulge in the roof of the carport which we believe was water that was about to burst through. We sent both a note and pictures to the owner but nothing was done.e. The backyard was very disappointing. Most of the seating areas were moldy or unusable. While there is a pool which is cleaned once a week, it was not inviting and we did not use it.

Nice home in quiet neighborhood

A nice home in a quiet neighborhood. We took our elderly parents, and it was easy for them to get around in the house. The backyard and swimming pool were nice. The property manager was great!

A relaxing place to stay

The house is in a quiet neighborhood near shopping and restaurants. It was very clean inside and provided all the necessities. The check-in board was very helpful, once we realized all the information it contained. Hosts Taurance & Christina were most helpful and quick to respond to any concerns/questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay in Altamonte Springs

A very clean and quaint home on a nice corner lot in Altamonte Springs. Plenty of room for me, my wife and three adult children. Owners were very communicative and accommodating. Beds were comfortable and updated fixtures in bath and kitchen were a plus. Large renovated showers made for a spa like experience. Residence is close to I-4 and Crane's Roost shopping area. Would stay here again.

Clean open space house with great yard and pool

We had a great stay at this property. The open space living room was perfect for hanging out inside and the dog and 7 year old loved the outdoor space too. We even swam in the small heated pool in December and had a great night around the fire pit roasting marshmallows. Taurance answered our questions quickly and was a great host. The location was perfect for us. We would definitely stay there again!

Quiet and convenient

Pool and yard were nice and peaceful. Cute little firepit in yard too. Very comfortable house for all 6 of us. Convenient location that was close to everything we needed but still secluded in a peaceful neighborhood. Owners offer some nice extras like beach equipment rental and will let you borrow their coolers during your stay!

Amazing!!

This was the perfect spot to stay! It was clean and in a very convenient location! The neighborhood was nice and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Check in and out was super easy. The best part was that we got to bring our two large dogs with us. It can be challenging to find a place when you have pets but this place was very welcoming and had a perfectly sized fenced in yard for our pups! We will definitely be returning!

Very pleasant stay

Rental was clean and well-appointed. The neighborhood was quiet. The kids enjoyed the pool immensely. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had. The only recommendations would be to get a more substantial outdoor grill. Also having access to a washer and dryer would be nice— we were a family of six. Overall a very nice time. Would recommend.

fantastic

This property was wonderful. Close to everything and everywhere we wanted to go. I-4 is less than 5 minutes away. The rooms were spacious and although it was too cold to use the pool it was well maintained. The owners were responsive to us and I would defintely stay at this home again. It was in a quiet neighborhood away from the main street. If you are thinking of renting in Altamont Springs this is definitely worth checking out.

- Overuse of the terms "magical" and "enchanted" in the communication; some of the wording was simply too over the top (for example, when describing the laundry facilities in the guest site)- A very old, rusty ironing board (we couldn't use it to iron our dress shirts)- The house could use touch-ups of paint, better decor/design, and the carpets an upgrade- The outdoor area and backyard was not tidy – there were old toys/rafts/balls by the side of the pool; a very old tangled hose all wrapped up under the outdoor table and draped into the pool; and broken patio furniture in the yard

Great owners, very nice accommodations.

This was a great place for all of us and our 2 dogs. Owners responded immediately to everything, we could not have asked for better service. Suggestions: A safety railing on the pool? Shelves or dressers in the bedroom closets? There isn't any place to set purses, phones, make-up, shavers, etc in the bedrooms, and no chairs to sit on to put on shoes. Minor things, overall, highly recommend!

Great house

Everything was as described in listing. We weren’t able to swim in pool cause it had dirt on the bottom of the pool. I know if I would have mentioned it to the owners they would have had it taken care of right away. They were quick to answer any questions we had right away. They got back to us within minutes. Very nice people. Very nice house. Check in and out was a breeze, with contactless access.

**Review for Charming Heated Pool Home in Altamonte Springs** We had a pleasant stay at this charming home in Altamonte Springs. The quiet and peaceful neighborhood made for a relaxing retreat, and the easy access to shopping malls and grocery stores was a huge plus. The heated pool was a great addition and provided plenty of enjoyment. However, there are a few things to note if you're traveling with children: both bathrooms have showers only, with no bathtubs. Additionally, there are no TVs in the two guest bedrooms, though there is one in the master bedroom and the living room. The wifi was fast and reliable, which was perfect for our remote work needs, including virtual meetings. Having two full-size washing machines and one dryer was incredibly convenient for our laundry needs. The home could use a good paint job inside, and it would be even better if both guest bedrooms had ceiling fans instead of just one. It's important to note that this is an older home, built around the 70s, so it's not a shiny brand new spotless property. But if you're looking for comfort in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors who wave and speak, this is the perfect location for you.

Nice neighborhood. Host was great with communication. Value for stay was ok. Pool was on the smaller side, which was perfect with having kids with us. Dog friendly back yard. Backyard and pool area need spring cleaning done. Half of the patio chairs were not in useable condition. For longer stay, would have liked to see at least a few laundry pods to help with towel washing. Some minor cleaning grips with inside but home was overall clean. Plenty of food and shopping available in the area nearby. Quick access to interstate and nearby highways.
