Relaxing & Fantastic!

Our party of 6 stayed for 4 nights over New Years. The house was fantastic: roomy, clean, great location and well stocked. Kristin was a wonderful host! Checkin was easy & convenient. I highly recommend! We hope to return again!!

Roomy, comfortable and great location

Great Home

Very nice place to stay with family members. Everyone had their own space. Comfortable beds. Be prepared to strip all of your beds and start a load of laundry before you leave, which is not shared with you until after you make your resevation.

Family time!

This property was beautiful, way more room than we anticipated. It wad spotless, welcoming and the small fenced in yard was great for our puppy. We would stay again!!

Exceeded expectation

Beautiful home! Our family of five stayed for a local tournament. The cleanliness was so appreciated and worth complimenting! Quality bedding, linens, large pillows, everything was so comfortable. Great layout, kitchen has everything you need. We will be happy to stay again next year. Thank you!

We loved it!

We loved our stay! We meet family in town every year for the golf tournament and have always stayed at hotels until this year. Most of us had never stayed at a VRBO before and after this stay, they're sold! The house was spacious, comfortable, and super clean. The beds were so comfortable and we liked the open floor plan for our group. Aldi and Walmart are really close which was convenient. We would definitely come.back!

Would stay here again

Our place was as advertised, clean, well stocked, roomy, fairly new home, good communication with the owner, and a great place to stay. It had extras like throw blankets, plenty of starter soaps, paper products, face wipes, k-cups. This was for an adult getaway and all agreed it was a great choice.

My husband and I now own 7 rental properties, three of which are in Sioux Falls where we both grew up and the others are in Okoboji, IA, where we like to vacation in the summer at the lake! I manage all of our properties and have been doing so for 4 years now. I strive to make sure all of our properties have the essentials for day to day living and items I appreciate when using other VRBO's, such as books, games, etc.

This home is newer and updated with today's trends. It has 4 bedrooms, two of which have a king bed in them! The neighborhood is quite and one block away from a grocery store, Walmart, places to eat and get coffee. This home is ideal for business travel, couples and families with older children.
