Bright and beachy, The Heart Of Orange Beach's clean and sophisticated style is perfect for anyone seeking a calm retreat near the beach. Relax out on the covered balcony, or take a dip in the private pool! A brand-new custom outdoor grill area features a 70-inch TV, griddle, washing station, granite countertops, and a mini fridge.

The large, fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining and living areas - the chef of the group won't be left out of the fun as they prep beach snacks. Central air conditioning will keep everyone comfortable as the heat rises outside, and every bedroom features a ceiling fan so you can adjust things accordingly as you settle in. The private washer/dryer will take care of everything you brought along. Feel free to bring the family dog along for the trip! There's room for everyone to relax at this home.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Property management did NOT follow through /not good

Overall, the property would have been a good fit for my family, but we were there during thanksgiving, we planned to cook outside (per the listing, which is one of the reasons we booked this property for the beautiful outside kitchen) and there was no propane to gas the outside kitchen. We called the day we arrived (10 minutes after we arrived) and gas was never delivered for the whole week, nor did we hear from “the local team as we were told”. Our plans didn’t happen which is totally unacceptable. I the property was also good, except the furniture was dirty and the walls had stains all over them. This property is NOT well managed….

Drake wedding!!!

We booked this house because my son was getting married on the beach and we needed someone from the wedding party to get dressed! It was perfect while the women got ready for hours upstairs the guys watched football outside. It was a great home

DO NOT RENT THIS HOME

DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE. IT IS A COMPLETE DISASTER. The owner and Vacasa company has not fixed ANYTHING. The shower in master bath leaks everywhere. You can't wash clothes because the washer is broken. It spins and won't finish the cycle because it's drum is broken. (And no I did not over load it. We were washing 3 bath towels). The toilet in master bath is still broken like mentioned in previous comments. Landscaping is also a disaster. There is trash everywhere. Also, lets not forget the cockroach that was in the kitchen inside the house and even more in the outside kitchen. The outside fridge was froze up and didn't work. When I told Vacasa about the fridge the response I got was "We're sorry to hear that. But we hope you enjoy your stay." When I called about the washer, leaking shower, and the dryer I got told someone would come out. I even got text messages stating someone was coming to bring "owner replacement linens" and to look at the leaking shower. They were also sending someone to come look at the washer and dryer. And yup, you guessed it... no one showed up. We were at the house that entire day and no one showed. The owner is selling this home and does not care about any maintenance or up keep. They also own the surrounding houses and you can tell they are kept up on and this one is not. I have absolutely nothing good to say about this home owner or this company. My family will never use this company again. My review will probably be removed. I demanded some kind of refund and got blown off. This company is a complete joke. If I could give it all zero stars, I would. But I can't submit my review without putting one.

Good for the value

Noisy due to being right off the main road. The pool has zero privacy, backs up to neighbors pool. It’s a small pool in direct sun, so the temperature is warm like a hot tub. Inside is clean and cute. We visited end of summer so fairly weathered furniture & walls could use paint. Good enough for the value.

Family vacation

House was decent but seemed very worn out. Had plenty of room but furniture and beds were very uncomfortable and worn out. Pillows were terrible. Washing machine did not work. We tried to wash but it would not spin and drain without getting unbalanced and jumping around. Even with only two towels. The toaster did not work either. The kitchen was not very well supplied with gadgets and utensils and lacking decent pans to cook in. Walls were very dirty and scuffed and needs to be painted. The area around the pool was grown up with weeds and grass and ants crawling everywhere.

Orange beach home

The house itself was amazing and in a great location. We loved the pool. The walls in the house are absolutely filthy. The outdoor television does not work. The toilet in the guest bathroom was broken, but we fixed it. The home looked like it had only been spot cleaned. These were all sent to Vacasa upon checking in, and we were told that the local team would contact me the next day, but they didn’t. The toaster also did not work. This was my third time booking with Vacasa after the first time vacations were ruined by this company, and I was promised it would be made up to me, and ensured I would be taken care of. Once again, Vacasa has failed me. Let’s see if this review makes it online, the previous 2 didn’t.

Landscaping is horrible.

The house itself was very clean and efficient but the landscaping is very poor! If you pets they will get spurs, cactus needles. We have rented this house twice and was told by the vacasa rep that the weeds were taken care of. Even in the pool area its very poor! There is a Vacasa rental right behind this house and the landscaping is clean. Also owner didn't disclose the public access to beach is closed due to the boardwalk torn down. Ended up having to drive to a public beach access and pay.

Great Place!

Dirty Pool

We specifically booked this property due to the private pool. When we arrived the pool was so dirty you couldn’t see the bottom. All of the other pools around the rental were crystal clear. We called customer support and we’re assured it would be cleaned first thing the next morning, but it was not. We called everyday for three days. Customer service was poor. No communication. Property is overpriced. Overall property management is subpar! Will not rent with VRBO/Vacasa again.

It's okay

I would say that the description and photos are a little misleading. Overall it's a nice place but it's quite stark and certainly not comfortable. It's also pretty poorly stocked with useful items in the kitchen and around the house. For example, there was only one small kitchen towel in the entire unit. Also, some of the outlets weren't working and the light switches wired oddly and were not convenient for use with very poor outside lighting. Lastly, the paper products like towels and toilet paper were super cheap. The house just seemed like it was thrown together.

Great house!

Lots of room for 4 adults and 3 kids (ages 13, 11, 8 months.) We love the location - an easy walk across to the beach and close enough to stores and restaurants without being in lots of traffic. Too cold to swim in November but the kids want to come back when it’s warm.

Relaxation

We had a great time at your place. The pool was especially nice and convenient. . The house was nice, just needed some paint touch ups. We had to flip the breaker switch for the dishwasher to work each time. There was also not anywhere to walk our dog. Rough terrain and sand spurs galore. Overall, very great time we had. Property management was very easy to communicate with. Will come back!!

Not what was advertised...

Had a few issues with this property...It was just dirty when we arrived. Stains on bedding, floors had pet hair on them, garbage by the pool, garbage cans full and boxes of garbage surrounding the cans. I had to the garbage to the road because the smell was so terrible. The pool was dirty and was never once cleaned for the entire week we were there, even though we were told someone would be out to clean it. The home was beat up on the inside as well. The beach access was not great, you need to go down to an intersection, cross the road and then walk in through a condo pool. We ended up just driving to the public beach parking lot. For the amount of $ that we spent on this property, I've definitely stayed in much nicer for cheaper.

Orange beach family vacation

We had a great time in Orange Beach!! Kids swam in the pool a ton. Place was very nice!! Good location. We cld walk to places for dinner and beach access was right across the street!!
