This cozy and stylish home welcomes you to start your day watching the sunrise over Lake Ontario from the back patio and wind down your evening from our boat dock.

Spend the day swimming, fishing off your private dock or basking in the sun at the beach just 1 mile away. Perfect spot for a romantic getaway or ice fishing in the winter.

Lovely place with a lovely view

The little house was sparkling clean, well appointed, and close enough to the center of the village to walk. The best part was the location on the bay. We loved watching the boats. Jazz lovers - don’t miss the Trestle, a cocktail bar with live and recorded jazz and great drinks. We would return to this stay. A great find. And our dog liked the yard.

Peaceful destination!

We loved everything. The place was impecable creating a perfect place to enjoy and stayed centered! Our pets loved it too! We definitely will come back next year!!

Great place to stay on Sodus

Host was great, quick to communicate and very nice. Location was great as well--we had a party boat and jet ski on the dock and the grassy yard was great for the dogs as well. Place was very clean and modern. Overall great experience.

Amazing Cottage

This cottage is so much fun! All of the little add on’s like the Pac Man game, smart mirrors, etc. make this cottage the perfect place for everyone. The minute you walked in you could smell how clean and well taken care of this cottage was. Check in was very easy and Alida was more than accommodating with any questions that we had. We will definitely be going back next year!

Relaxing Getaway in Upstate NY

Really lovely cottage property on the calm and relaxing Sodus Bay. We enjoyed morning sunrises and walks over to the beach/lighthouse on Lake Ontario (10-15 min walk) throughout our stay, and there are lots of great trails and activities within a 20-30 min drive of this spot (check out the Chimney Bluffs). The property is incredibly clean, and newly updated - with plenty of space for a couple, family, or a small group. This is a great home-base for an Upstate NY getaway or just a quiet spot to get away from the world for a while.

Cozy house

The check in and check out process was quick and easy. Alida was a very helpful host and responded quickly to any of my questions. The house was clean and tidy. With the dock in the backyard it made it very easy to fish from. Watching the sunrise and sunset each day of our stay was breathtaking. My teenager loved the video game installed at the house. He also loved the bathroom lights that changed color as well as the option to play music from his phone while showering. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was fully stocked with all our needs. Just bring food and you are all set. We would recommend this place and would definitely stay again!
