When you stay in a Sugar Beach condo, you’ll have access to one of Maui’s best beaches for strolling, sunning, and swimming right outside your door. Choose from oceanfront views, ocean views, or garden views. The one and two-bedroom Sugar Beach Resort condos are all perfectly suited to your home-away-from-home Maui vacation. All Sugar Beach Resort Maui condos feature a private lanai, a fully-equipped kitchen, free WiFi, a washer/dryer, and all the resort amenities you’d expect from the best hotels.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great property, but there is almost no shade at the pool, which made relaxing there and reading difficult. The view from our porch was great. Unfortunately, our entry code did not work. It took maybe a half hour, from calling the 800 #, to getting in touch with the local contact, to reaching out to the Sugar Bay manager, before we could get a resolution. It was a stressful start.

Excellent Condo

Loved our stay. The 2nd floor oceanfront view was amazing!We have stayed at other Sugar Beach condos in the past;This is truly my favorite and would definitely stay in this when we come back in the future.

Relaxing stay

Beautiful location to relax! Centrally located to everything that we wanted to see. We loved spending time on the lanai each morning watching the waves roll in. So peaceful! We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

We loved the location and the amazing view. I loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves roll in. The beach was great and the farmers market across the street is great for fresh fruit and vegetables. Nice to have laundry soap for the washing machine in unit provided and lots of beach towels and chairs. Lots of flying bugs inside when we stayed but I guess that comes with the tropical location.

Beautiful ocean view

Older property but well maintained. If you want direct ocean views, 214 is perfect. Close to the pool and beach access. Mattress was a little too soft for us, each time one of us got in our out of bed, we could sense it. Also, please disregard the word "resort" when considering this property. Otherwise you will be disappointed. Think of it as a lovely well cared for older property with fantastic ocean views. Also just down the road is a bakery and shaved ice!

Lovely home on the beach

This condo was perfect for my husband and me. We love the lanai and beautiful ocean view. The property was very clean, decor is lovely, and it was stocked with everything we needed (except a stopper for the kitchen sink, and a microwave cover). The bed is very comfortable.

A view of paradise

This is a great condo, with a perfect view of the ocean. Easy beach access and nice pool area. After 9pm it was quiet and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again. Bonus during whale season is to sit on the deck and watch the whales.

Vacation ideal

This property has a lovely location, beautiful beach and swim/hot tub. A few things we noted - not much in the way of glassware in the apartment. Plenty of giant plastic cups but if you’re staying to enjoy the scenery and want a cocktail it would be nice to have some nice glassware. Some of the window screens are ripped. Not really an issue for us since we had rain and didn’t sleep with the windows open but that seems like a pretty basic maintenance issue. Lastly the dryer vents into the shower (and the bathroom window is accordingly left open). But clearly the vent is filthy. Every time we did laundry we got lint balls in the shower.

Exactly as Advertised

Can’t go wrong here. Well stocked unit. We easily cooked breakfast, cored a pineapple and packed the provided cooler for beach lunch then corked some wine for great sunsets. This is an end unit on second floor. You get extra side windows for light and surf sounds. Privacy of second floor was perfect for ocean views yet convenient enough for trips from pool/beach/BBQ grills. Complex is central for getting out of traffic to explore. 30 min to West Maui, airport, hwy to Hana, and volcano trips. Wailea is a short beach drive and you can walk to a great bakery, coffee and shaved ice store. And of course the great ABC store. You won’t regret this place.

Cozy, comfortable and well equipped.

Absolutely loved being oceanfront. The views are amazing and hearing the sound of the ocean right outside the window helped me to sleep well. Definitely would love to stay here again. Especially love having my owner washer and dryer in the condo.

New Favorite Condo

First time at Sugar Beach and it will most likely not be our last. We have visited Maui several times over the years and by far this stay was the most enjoyable. Our unit could not have been better located on the property. One level up, corner unit with an exceptional oceanfront view with an added view of the pool from the dining area window. You may want to close your blinds during the morning massage sessions. The unit shows well, was clean upon arrival and everything worked. Bedroom ceiling fan was a plus. The unit could have used a few extra kitchen supplies, but overall functional. The swimmable beach and the sound of the waves breaking right outside were the best. Great location and close to everything.

Beautiful condo!

This is a beautiful condo and location. It was near restaurants and the beach was easily accessible. The view from the balcony was incredible. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat! Strongly recommend.

Quiet & Relaxing Venue

We found that our two week stay at this location to be quiet & relaxing. Everything from the nicely furnished unit, the picturesque view from the lanais facing the beach, to the well-groomed/maintained grounds & pool made for a wonderful vacation. Note that most dining establishments are 10-15 min away by car. Except for some minor maintenance issues, which we addressed separately, we found this condo to be the perfect relaxing get away & would recommend it to anyone.
