Book with us and come to Maui to explore everything we have to offer!

Beautiful oceanfront home with front row views. The best views on Maui with incredible sunsets from the Lanai (balcony). Upgraded unit with granite counter tops and glass back splash. This air-conditioned unit features a king bed in the bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa and TV in the living room. The ocean waves create a symphony of sounds. This is one of those units you will want to visit over and over again. Book now and for the future. The resort is one of the finest on Maui. Want a quick night cocktail or dinner? The on-site boutique restaurant is a great place to relax after a day soaking up rays. On-site activity desk is ready to schedule your every desire while on your trip or to rent you a stand-up paddle board. Luaus are recommended to be booked prior to travel. Sugar beach is located on the longest beach in Maui. Morning strolls along the beach are common for many in the area. Sugar Beach resort is complete with a large swimming pool, hot tub, putting greens, barbeque, restaurant, activity desk, massage parlor, real estate office, and formal ware clothing store. Nearby the Maui Ocean center and all that Maalaea has to offer is just a 4-mile drive. This Kihei location is also close to all Kihei, Wailea and Makena have to offer. One of the few beachfront condos in South Maui. Less than 20 minutes to the airport.

The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- a starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

Please note the living room recliner has been removed. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Pool Closure: September 14th-28th 2026. This includes hot tub, sauna, and all areas within the pool gates.

Communication and emails on time, access to the unit with door code super easy. Easy parking and centralized island location is perfect. Clean unit and well organized. The views all day long from this place as your temporary home make this place a 10 out of 10. My only regret was not booking the whole week here. Excellent place to stay! Highly recommend!

DIRTY, DATED, and DEPLETEDCONS:Don’t be mislead by the property description. For the price, look elsewhere. Dirty: We’ve stayed numerous times at Sugar Beach(which is great). The minute we walked into the room, it felt like an unkempt storage unit with an amazing view. What is a full size, used-up desk chair sitting in the bedroom? How many guests have sat on this with their naked ass cheeks. Walls need a paint job, baseboards need complete replacement, drapes were filthy, carpet needs steam cleaning, and the lanai, oh my!!! We know the difference between trade-wind dust and straight up neglect. Windows and screens were filthy. We called management and asked if they would clean the lanai. We were informed we had to do so ourselves….that’s different!!!!Dated: All appliances are at least 20 years old. They work, which is a plus, but not updated as the description implies. Time to remove the cheap Lassen prints from the wall and go to another garage sale for more used art work. What’s the purpose of having a safe in the closet that isn’t available for guest use, an ironing board that’s broken, and even if it weren’t, you might want to provide an iron(not present). Depleted: This unit is simply depleted of love. It is has been neglected and needs a complete makeover. At the least, a deep cleaning. PROS:Appliances work. Great ice maker. Shower water pressure is a plus. Management was easily accessed with timely response. They just didn’t handle problems well.

Great place

We stayed here at the sugar beach resort condo we had an ocean front condo on the third floor. Nice little condo . Nice pool area, wasn’t that busy .Nice beach area . Great spot to enjoy the water I like that they had lots of lounge chairs by the pool and the front lawn.Check in was easy and people were very friendly .

Unit was as hoped, close to the pool, kitchen well equipped, close to parking lot, wonderful ocean front lanai for morning coffee and whale watching. Walking distance on the beach to ABC store, ulanani’s shave ice, sugar beach bakery. Short drive to Kihei and Maalaea. One negative. The safe in the unit was reserved for use only by the owner, not guests. Thought that was very poor form! Never ever had a rental where the safe was not for the renter, who needs the safe because we always have substantial cash for tipping. The owner has the code to our condo and we have no where to keep valuables

Amazing views

We always enjoy staying at the Sugar Beach condos. Having an ocean view is the best. The condo had a very comfy bed and pullout couch. We would recommend the condo for a beautiful stay on Maui.
