This place greatly exceeded our expectations! The condo is in the perfect location, overlooking the pool to the dining room side and the ocean from the living room. The entire wall of windows opens to the lanai and that was special! I love the property… always clean, well maintained, and beautiful! As far as the beach goes, we explored all of the west side , much of the north, and almost all of the south, and the beach in from of this resort was our favorite… quiet, easy water entry, and pretty much secluded. Amazing early morning walks and swimming and beautiful sunset walks! When we return, we will do everything we can to stay in the same unit!

Great location!

A little dated but was clean, well stocked, and nicely decorated. You can't beat the location and the view. A great central location to explore Maui.

Great central location off the busy part of the strip. Appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Would definitely stay here again.

Great visit

Loved the location. Condo was nice. Easy parking. Even like the onsite bar/sandwich shop. Very clean community overall. We had a nice visit.

Great place

We stayed here at the sugar beach resort condo we had an ocean front condo on the third floor. Nice little condo . Nice pool area, wasn’t that busy .Nice beach area . Great spot to enjoy the water I like that they had lots of lounge chairs by the pool and the front lawn.Check in was easy and people were very friendly .

Communication and emails on time, access to the unit with door code super easy. Easy parking and centralized island location is perfect. Clean unit and well organized. The views all day long from this place as your temporary home make this place a 10 out of 10. My only regret was not booking the whole week here. Excellent place to stay! Highly recommend!

Amazing views

We always enjoy staying at the Sugar Beach condos. Having an ocean view is the best. The condo had a very comfy bed and pullout couch. We would recommend the condo for a beautiful stay on Maui.

Beautiful View of the ocean

Great view of the ocean in a convenient location to the entire island. The condo was well equipped for cooking our own meals.
