Sugar Mill Cottage is located in the heart of the Poipu Kai Resort community. It is the perfect location for beach access to either Shipwrecks beach or Poipu Beach park. A short stroll in either direction will take you to sun and sand!

Enjoy the air conditioned bedrooms and the upgraded premier interior with plenty of indoor and outdoor space to relax and unwind.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

The Parrish Collection is a locally owned and based real estate management company that specializes in vacation rentals on Kauai and Maui. Our collections of rentals are professionally managed by in-house staff with a commitment to personalized service, fine attention to detail and a true sense of Aloha. Perfect getaway for a family

This was a very comfortable, well equipped and decorated cottage for our family of 4. We loved the 10 minute walk to both beaches, close drive to all the sites and yet quiet and private location. Everything was comfortable and great management services with easy communication as needed. We would definitely stay there again .

Sugarcane offers a stay in a plantation style home. It’s location at Poipu Kai makes it accessible to the beach with a short walk. You can’t go wrong

Relaxing and convenient

This is a perfect location for hikes, beaches, and easy access. Lovely open layout with fun extras for little visitors like scooters and bogey boards. Quiet setting.

Wonderful spot

Great location, beautiful home, everything was smooth and easy and comms were excellent. Exactly as shown. Stocked with everything you need including a full supply of beach gear, boogie boards, surfboards, etc. full AC throughout is nice after a long day enjoying the area.

Great place to stay to stay in Kauai!

We didn’t get in until later and found this little cottage very welcoming upon arrival. Everything was clean and the AC units and fans were running. This cottage was in a great location and was very private. We struggled to find which pool we could use and discovered it is by the tennis courts and opens with a key fob. They provided boogie boards, and chairs for the beaches which was super sweet. We will definitely use this company again for affordable vacation rentals!

Perfect location to just chill or to launch adventures

This little cottage is perfect. While it is not on the beach, the location is perfect to launch adventures whether they be a helicopter tour, snorkeling, beach sitting, or just being 'home'. This little bungalow was the perfect size and had the necessary amenities. Will definitely come back.

Family Vacation to Kauai

The "cottage" was just the right size for our family of 4. Having 2 full bathrooms was a luxury with a teen and a tween. The outdoor space in the back was small but private, perfect for coffee in the mornings, alone : ) There were plenty of beach umbrellas and chairs in the garage to borrow, as well as a wagon to haul your gear and a small cooler. Overall, there was nothing we didn't have or want between what we brought and what the home provided. Will look at renting the other small cottages nearby for a larger family vacation in the future!

Sugar Mill Cottage Poipu Kauai

Cottage was great for our Kauai vacation. Loved our location just a 5 to 10 minute walk to Poipu beach. We had a 8 night stay and enjoyed every minute of it. We traveled the entire island in our rental car and spent most of our time near the cottage. Was common to see large sea turtles and seals at Poipu beach. Lots of dining options. The cottage has surf board, boogie board, chairs, shade umbrellas, and a cart to carry them in. The cottage was perfect size for our party of 4. Would not recommend for a larger group.
