Perfect getaway for up to 2 people! Talk about location! This cozy 1 bedroom cottage is one house away from Sea Street Beach! Spend your warm days relaxing at the beach and come home to your private retreat. This bright and airy home offers 2 window air conditioners in the living room and the bedroom, private patio space with gas grill, open outside shower and ocean views! This home includes sheets for the Queen bed.

SPECIAL NOTE: Stand up shower only. Home has streaming services only, no cable.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the little beach house. It’s in a perfect location. Hovel

Dirty, moldy, worn and very misrepresented. The pictures must has been taken in the 50’s when the cabin was new. We want our money back. It was my husbands last trip because of health. We tried to make it work but left early and really wished we had never unpacked . A horrible experience!

Hi Frances, We are sorry to hear you were not happy with this home. When you contacted us regarding your concerns we sent our head house keeper over right away to do another thorough cleaning of the home to ease your mind. We have represented this home for two seasons and have never received complaints in regards to cleanliness or mold so it was very surprising to hear. The photos shown in this listing were taken in 2021. When you expressed your concerns to us, you described your disappointment in the fact that the home is not ocean front and that the bed is flush against the wall. Both of these factors are clearly represented in our listing which shows the position of the bed, categorizes the home as “less than 500 feet” to the beach and states “one house away from Sea Street Beach” to the description. We also made sure to show the steps leading down to the beach. Although we understand you were disappointed in your choice of rental, the main concerns you had were items that were clearly listed in the advertisement.
