This condo is managed by Pam Martin, Realtor, Keller Williams Alabama Gulf Coast in Orange Beach Alabama. The Beach Club Avalon 1002 is an 10th floor, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo right on the beach in the Fort Morgan area of Gulf Shores, Alabama. Please review the map locator. You can expect a breathtaking view of an endless sugar white sand beach shoreline along with all of the Beach Club's pools and manicured grounds. The balcony is equipped with an electric grill, loungers and a table for dining and for watching spectacular sunsets!

The living room furniture is very comfortable and the spacious dining area offers seating for your entire party. The living room and master bedroom adjoin the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, just bring the food and your paper goods products.

Sleeps 6 in beds. The master bed is a king size and the guest bed is a queen PLUS a bunk bed. Both privately, adjoin a bathroom. There is No sleeper. The beds are made with crisp white linen. Fluffy white bath linen is supplied, so bring make up removal cloths. Whether you choose to dine-in or out, you will enjoy the granite counters and a full kitchen with a combo washer/dryer. There is a one day set up of basic complimentary amenities. Please plan to shop for your additional needs. Wireless internet is available in the condo and throughout the property.

The beautiful Avalon pool, hot tub, wading pool, restrooms and boardwalk to the beach is just at the foot of the tower, but you may want to visit The Club House. A daily fee of approximately $40 per day allows your entire party to utilize all the amenities for the days you choose, payable at the Club Desk. Amenities include: Indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, jacuzzi, wading pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, children activities, poolside live entertainment, game room, ping pong, cabana bar and outdoor dining. Also, at The Club House, without a fee, you may enjoy the fine dining restaurant, salon, and spa. At the front of the property is shopping and a dining buffet, short order deli style market. Beach rentals are available through the club desk.

The Beach Club is a wonderful luxury resort for all ages, far from the crowds and well blended with its natural surroundings. Come watch the dolphins, crabs, fish, turtles or parasail or kayak with a friend.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We were very impressed with the lovely decor along with the cleanliness of the condo. The kitchen provided everything I needed to cook several meals and my husband enjoyed grilling on the balcony while watching the sunset! The location of this condo is great because the boardwalk is shorter than others, so getting to the beach was easy! We enjoyed this place so much that we would love to stay again next year!!

This was the perfect location for a beach stay

This location was a great experience. The room was clean. The resort was clean and well maintained. Many amenities even if you don’t do any add ons. We ended up wanting to stay another night. The property manager was great and made it happen. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Nice Getaway

We stayed 6 nights and enjoyed the clean cozy unit with plenty of room to spread out and a large balcony with a great view. It has all the conveniences you could need and we will definitely stay again.

Great condo!

We really enjoyed this condo and it was perfect for our family of 4. We had 2 children and they were happy to have their own bed (and not share a large bed) and the master suite was so nice and we loved sleeping with the waves in the background. The kitchen was nice and we used it often, as well as the washer and dryer - it was great to go home with minimal laundry to do.

Amazing Stay!

Condo was absolutely amazing! We have 4 kids and it was spacious and beautifully decorated, we never felt cramped. Location was perfect and we loved the amenities. We only had one problem, the electric grill and the air fryer tripped the GFI plugs so we had to use an outlet in the hall to use the air fryer and didn’t get to use the grill but those were minor inconveniences. The elevator wait was also never bad even considering how many people were at the complex.

Beach Club

We loved the view, the pool and hot tub, and the easy access to the beach. The condo amenities made it easy to prepare meals and enjoy time with our family just as we do at home. We had so much fun catching ghost crabs on the beach after dark too! Communication for host was very detailed and we didn’t have any issues or reason to contact. Perfect vacation! Thank you!!

Condo was beautiful. Loved being end unit. Balcony views were awesome. Beds comfy. 2nd Bedroom door not closing well as well as bathroom door coming from bedroom has issues. Should supply more dish cloths and dish towels. We have stayed here many times at Beach Club. We love it here and the setting. We will be back

Great trip!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. We had never visited the Gulf Shores/Fort Morgan area and enjoyed the quite of Fort Morgan while still having access to the bigger restaurants in Gulf Shores. The condo was very nice and we loved the view from the balcony. Would stay again!

Great condo with an awesome view!

Very clean and spacious condo. It had everything we needed to cook our meals. The view was beautiful you could look direct to the ocean or the side down the rest of the property overlooking the swimming pools. Decorations were nice and beds were comfortable. Hope to stay again sometime.

Awesome view

We loved our stay at the beach club. The condo was perfect with a great corner balcony. We chose the beach club to be away from the crowds and it was as advertised. We drove the 20 minutes into Gulf Shores each evening for dinner and it was an easy drive with no traffic. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

Needs a few tweaks

We have stayed at The Beach Club many times over the past 17+ years and love the property. This is our first time staying at this particular condo and we chose it due to the 2nd bedroom having a queen and two bunks. A few thoughts: 1. The condo is very well appointed and very clean. The wrap-around balcony is great and gives a great view of the Avalon pool if you have teens who want to swim while also giving them some space. 2. We had some questions about the vrbo rate vs. the realty site rate for the condo. After discussing this with the realtor, we were offered early check in and late check out. When the check in details came, it had the original check in and check out. We emailed the realtor to confirm the agreed upon check-in and check out times. No response. Emailed a second time re: the times in writing before leaving town with three kids - no response. We aimed for the original check in time to play it safe. On our last day, texted the realtor. No response. Called - went straight to voice mail and said mail box was full and to text. Texted again and finally got confirmation of the later check out time. 3. In the past, if work is to be done on the condo while we are there, the management or owner gives us a heads up. On our second day there, there was a knock at the door and before I could answer it, two mean entered the condo with their equipment and scared us to death. My daughter and her friends were changing and they said they were there to fix the ice machine. They didn't return and we have hard nothing from mgt. about there needing to be a repair, sorry for the confusion/scare, etc. 4. Be advised that the corner where the condo is located can be very windy. Not the biggest deal in the world but there is a large picture hanging on the wall near the door. When the door opens and the wind is blowing, the picture falls off the wall and flies about 10 feet down the hallway. This also happened when the workmen entered the condo without notice, adding to the chaos. 5. We love that The Beach Club is away from the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores and we typically cook all our meals in house. The kitchen is disorganized and is missing some essentials. For ex. there is only one 8x8 baking dish. There is a second oval corningware dish, but it was unavailable as it was being used to catch ice from the ice maker. Also, there is not a full set up measuring cups, etc. - that can be tricky w/ family cooking
