The Port Blair Residence - 2 blocks from the beach, Pool, beach badges included

Only located 2 blocks from the world famous Jenkinsons Point Pleasant Boardwalk and Beach.

Home was completely renovated and updated to modern standards for the comfort of our guests.

All new modern furniture, with a pullout sleeper in the family room area and also and additional sleeper in the same area.

This house is walking distance to all the amenities you would desire.

Beautiful Cape Style house with full kitchen, bathroom, sitting and dining area upstairs. 3 bedrooms located upstairs. Large outdoor deck with a large inground pool. Downstairs holds a large common room with a sectional sofa, futon, as well as a full bathroom and its own door. This can easily be used as a fourth bedroom. Fooseball table added for some additional fun!!!

4 beach badges are provided, children under 12 have free access to the beach, 2 driveway parking spots

We recommend bringing your own beach towels, beach chairs, and coolers. We have provided a cart to take the items to the beach.

For the 2026 season we will not be providing towels/linens/blankets, but they will be available for an additional cost of $250 per term if needed

Walking distance to downtown Point Pleasant Beach, easy access to all of the restaurants and boutiques. Grocery store and amenities within walking distance. Also few minute walk from the central boardwalk area.

No Parties allowed / No smoking on the property

Minimum 7 night rentals with all checkouts on Saturday - if you need other dates please message us.

Check in at 3pm and Checkout at 10am

Smart locks to allow self check in / property manager on call for any issues.

Property can also be accessed from shorepointsvacations.com or James Ward for better rates.

1. Minimum 7 night stays
2. Occupant information including email and phone number must be provided to the town for each rental party
3. Garbage and recycling are to be placed in separate / proper containers and placed at the curbside the night before and removed by 1pm the day of collection or fines will be applied.
** Renter will be responsible for any fines / tickets that are issued by the town

Perfect location!

We had an amazing time in Point Pleasant. The house is in the perfect location to both the Boardwalk and Downtown. The pool was so great to have after a long day. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Location

We had a great time at Point Pleasant Beach. The house is in the best spot - walkable to beach and boardwalk and town for restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back next summer!

Great stay at the shore

This house is one of the nicer houses we've rented at the shore at this price point. Location was great. Walk a few blocks in one direction to the boardwalk, and a few blocks in the other direction to take a break from the beach and check out some of the shops and restaurants. Pool and deck were also great and got plenty of use.

Family vacation

We love going to Point Pleasant and staying at this house and have our son and wife visit. You arrive on Saturday and park and walk to beach and restaurants. The big plus was the pool in the back yard. We barbequed too. This is the second time we rented the house. Kitchen is full of pots and pans. They give you sheets and extra towels too.. Also they got this new sectional couch.

Amazing home, location and owner

Don’t know where to begin. My main concerns when renting a home is the cleanliness of the house and location, everything else is a plus. This house checked off all the boxes and more. I met the neighbor next door from Oregon who spoke highly of the owner and I couldn’t agree more. We were honored to stay in his beautiful home. It was a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk and into town. The pool was the best part since we aren’t beach people. This was our first time in Point Pleasant, thank you Raj for making it a memorable vacation and for the thoughtful gift card to Joe Leone’s which was amazing.

Summer Vacation with family

This house is just 2.5 blocks from the fun Pt. Pleasant Beach boardwalk and beach. The house has plenty of hot water, powerful air conditioning, good driveway parking, 2 very nice large TVs with YouTube TV included, and plenty of space and good internet access for my 4 family members to "work from home". It also has a very nice deck with a table to seat everyone and a large backyard. Both the owner and the property manager were very responsive and got the screen door closer mechanism replaced in one day (seems the previous tenant broke it). We all had a wonderful time for the 2.5 weeks the we stayed here.

Summer vacation

Our stay here was wonderful. House is very clean and big enough to not feel crowded at all. The deck was beautiful where we spent various early mornings/late nights there. House is about two blocks away from the beach. Communication with owner was quick and no issues. I am looking forward to staying here again.

Great location & great property

Awesome vacation rental in an awesome location. Walkable to Jenks boardwalk and beach. Plenty of parking and a massive backyard and deck to enjoy the sunsets. Would recommend and book again.

Great house down the shore

Very nice house, very clean, tons of space, and a great location (walking distance to the boardwalk). Easy check in/out process with responsive property manager. Would highly recommend!

Great location, clean house and accommodating property manager

A quick walk to the beach with beach passes included, I would definitely recommend this house. Having space for two cars and a property manager who was very responsive was also a plus.
