Quick getaway with the family. Great apartment. It can get a little noisey in the morning from the local establishments setting up for the day. Overall the apt was wonderful, very clean and plenty of space.

It was easy to make this feel like a home away from home. Large kitchen and open space never felt cramped even with 9 people. The inside was aesthetically beautiful, well kept, and clean. So much was in walking distance!

Good location

Quick stay as part of a road trip. Location was great. Walkable to stores and restaurants and quick drive to beach and boardwalk. Very clean! Would stay again.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Perfect location, whether driving or taking the train. Train station 2 blocks away. Frankie's Bar & Grille right next door. 1 block to grocery, bagel shops, antiquing, 1/2 block off Arnold Ave the main drag Upper level apartment, with two coded security doors. Well lit common area Dedicated parking space Open the door to an expansive, open Great Room concept. Kitchen, dining & living room. Great for group/family. Dining room table plus seating at breakfast bar. HUGE gourmet kitchen w dishwasher, French door frig w ice maker. Extremely well equipped: dinnerware, cooking utensils, SHARP knives, etc. Skylight over the sink was a nice touch. Extra touches: Starter coffee, snacks, shampoo, soap, etc. Great walk in shower & double sink vanity in bathroom. Big, thick, fluffy towels. 3 ample sized bedrooms. 2 w queen beds & 1 double futon with bunk bed. Even the futon was comfy. AC celing fans. FLUFFY pillows, nice linens. Smart TV, strong internet. Living room area hads big sectional that has pull out bed. Great conversation area with 2 additional comfortable chairs. This place is elegant. It is not what I think of when you do a NJ "Shore" rental. Everything is top of the line. Subway tiles in kitchen and bath. Sparkingly clean EVERYTHING Beautifully decorated, interesting art work & wall hangings. Really reminds me of an upscale Manhattan apt. I keep mentioning comfy-seating, beds, etc We had a great stay. HIGHLY recommend.

Beautiful place place in the middle of it all

Everything seemed to be in walking distance. Restaurants, bars, grocery store, delis, beach. Property was spacious and clean. Not a songle complaint. Full kitchen, spacious rooms, on site laundry. Top Notch Rental!! Host responded quickly to all inquires.

Great shore home

Had a great stay, the house was immaculate, spacious and bright. All brand new and Beautiful home. Everyone had a great time. Everything you would need for some time at the shore. Owners were considerate and responsive. Thanks will be back !

Great Stay

Really enjoyed our time in Point Pleasant. Great apartment - beautiful, clean, and very spacious. Apartment and kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed (sheets, towels, etc). Host was very communicative and made it an easy experience. Highly recommend!

Great Downtown Apt

This apartment is exactly as pictured, and plenty of extra linens are provided. The apartment is clean and very spacious for the number of people it can accommodate, and there is a lot of storage/closet space. The location is downtown as indicated, all walkable to the nearby stores, restaurants, and bagel shops. Probably a little too far to walk to the boardwalk with little children, but doable for my 9 and 10 year old (although we preferred to drive and park at boardwalk). It’s right around the corner from the famous Hoffmans Ice Cream, and great dining. It is important to note that, nearby there is a railroad and typical of city traffic, the train could be heard during daytime hours, but surprisingly, could not heard through the evening hours. There is a staircase to get up to the apartment and once inside it is clean and fresh. There is one other apartment on the same floor of this building, but we did not see those gusts/owners. Typical of a city apartment it was better to keep the blinds closed as the views are just building rooftops, but all of the windows have coverings, and this apartment felt safe and secure for our weekend visit.

We live locally and manage these units ourselves. We personally furnished and decorated this fully equipped unit with comfort and convenience in mind. We are close by and available to make sure you have everything you need on your vacation.
