This is the perfect place to unwind with the family. With a Newly Constructed 2bedroom apartment about the garage (Feb 2024) this rental can cater to a larger group and has everything you need to maximize your stay. Spacious house with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a full kitchen, new kitchenette, a cocktail station, laptop desk, Smart TVs everywhere, garage game room, baby items, and fast wi-fi throughout. Enjoy the private Heated pool, which you are welcome to use at any time. The kitchen, living areas, game room and pool patio offer great spaces for entertaining. Stress-free parking for boats and trucks in a private driveway. You are just a 5-minute drive to white sand beaches, with easy access to restaurants, parks, and attractions. Pool water evaporates quickly. PLEASE use the garden hose to maintain the water level above the surface skimmer. Failure to keep the water level above the skimmer will turn off the heater. ***$100 fee for a pool company to turn the heater back on. Please do not adjust any pool settings.

***$140 non-refundable pet fee. No pets on furniture or beds. (If pets must sit on the furniture, place a towel down to protect the fabric.) Leash your pet. Clean up after your pet during your stay.
***$200 fee for overflowing trash bins or trash excess left behind. Garbage collection is Monday and Thursday, recycle on Wednesday. Please put bins out the night before to avoid $200 fee.
