Welcome to Ledge Brook Cabins in downtown Greenville, ME! Our 2 hand-built cabins are located in the heart of the Moosehead Lake Region, in downtown Greenville. Each charming cabin accommodates up to 6 guests. Newly built in 2021, Ledge Brook Cabins will provide you with all the comforts of home. Our cabins are located on the ATV trail and the snowmobile trail is across the street with lake access. Our guests can walk to all of the downtown shops, and restaurants, as well as the public beach, playground, basketball court, tennis court, skateboard park, and/or ice skating rink (depending on the season!) With so much to do just a few steps away, you will never be longing for adventure at Ledge Brook Cabins!

Main Level:
Bedroom: A comfortable downstairs bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed.
Bathroom: A full bathroom equipped with a luxurious shower head that renters rave about, plus a convenience of washer and dryer.

Dining Area: An inviting space to enjoy meals with family and friends.
Living Room: A cozy area perfect for relaxation and entertainment.

Upstairs Loft: Divided by a charming catwalk, each end of the loft features 2 full-sized beds, for total of 4 more beds providing ample sleeping space.

Front Covered Porch: Furnished with Adirondack chairs, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
Private Brook Area: Enjoy a private retreat by the brook, complete with a fire pit, Adirondack chairs, a gas grill, and a picnic table for outdoor dining.

Weekend in Greenville

Came up for a wedding and stayed at the cabin. Great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The cabin itself is modern and really nice. Loved the loft set up for sleeping.

So relaxing! The cabin had everything to help make our stay stress free. The area is beautiful has so many fun things to do. The cabin is in town and an easy walking distance to good food and drinks or just to sit by the waterfront and watch the boats go in and out. Great stay.

Lovely

Our stay was the absolute best. The location to the lake and town is amazing and my family loved not having to ever set foot in the car once we arrived. The bedrooms we’re comfortable, the flow of home was fantastic and easily accommodated my family (including our 2 dogs) so no one felt on top of one another even when everyone was inside. Nina was lovely and made our stay so easy. Would definitely recommend and my kids cannot wait to come back

Immaculate cabin in center of Greenville

This cabin was even better than it looked online. We didn’t realize it would be within walking distance of everything in Greenville and right across the street from the Lake. There is even a babbling brook behind the cabin, audible at night, which we enjoyed. The cabin is comfortable and immaculate. Our two adult sons enjoyed having an entire side of the catwalk to themselves. While there is only one bathroom, it is huge with a window that opens and a fan and a clean, non-carpet floor. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to work in.

Perfect Spacious, Comfortable , clean cabin for our snowmobiling weekend.

The cabins was a wonderfully lit, furnished, cozy, and clean place for us to use as a base camp. Comfortably slept our crew, with a full kitchen , and a shower with water pressure that I envy. Cannot beat the location, walk across the street for food , snowmobile up the sidewalk to the ITS , we will surely be visiting again for four wheeler season. Thank you!

Great find in Greenville

Very cute cabin! We loved the smell of pine as we entered the cabin! We were a group of five adults, and we had plenty of room. We spent our days riding side by sides and loved the options available on the Roku TV after a long day of riding. You can leave right from the cabin to hit the trails, get gas, or get food. There are several restaurants within a mile of the cabin and Moosehead Lake is essentially across the street.

Beautiful cabin, fantastic location steps from lake and downtown!

Highly recommend this new, beautiful cabin with loft. It was just a 2 minute walk to shops and restaurants in downtown Greenville and only 15 minute drive to Lily Bay State Park. The whole family enjoyed our stay!

There is so much to do here year-round, and our kids love all the activities including swimming, boating, fishing, and hiking in the warmer months as well as snowmobiling, skiing, ice fishing in the winter months to name a few.
