Sleeps:
The house can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. With 3 inviting bedrooms, it is the perfect place for large families or getaways with friends.

Ambience:
The interior of the house combines modern touches with vintage elements, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The large living area includes a living room, dining room, office, and a fully equipped kitchen to satisfy gourmets. Each bedroom has its own terrace, with a balcony terrace that surrounds half of the house. On winter evenings, enjoy the warmth of the pellet stove, for a cosy atmosphere in the living room.

The Bedrooms:
- Master suite (on the first floor): 180 cm bed, shower room (single sink and shower), dressing room, and individual terrace.
- Double bedroom (upstairs): 180 cm bed, desk, access to the balcony terrace.
- Triple bedroom (upstairs): 3 beds of 90 cm or 1 bed of 180 cm + 1 bed of 90 cm, access to the balcony terrace.
- Bathroom (upstairs): shower, double sink, WC.

Living spaces:
- Upstairs: lounge area perfect for reading or relaxing.
- First floor: living room and dining room, for convivial moments with family or friends.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, sink, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. The cellar includes a washing machine.

Outside:
A furnished outdoor area awaits you, ideal for barbecues, sunbathing, and outdoor evenings. Enjoy a large wooden table, chairs, garden furniture, deckchairs, and a gas plancha. A ping-pong table is also at your disposal to add a playful touch to your stay. The garage is at your disposal, you can store bicycles, surfboards.
