In the commune of Canet-en-Roussillon, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 58 m² flat for rent, with views of the seafront and mountains, around 100 m from the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), the apartment is composed as follows :
- A 28 m² air-conditioned living room with TV, double sofa bed (160x200) and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC
Exterior :
- A 12 m² terrace with sea view, as well as a table and 4 chairs to enjoy the fine weather
- A 3 m² balcony in the bedroom with mountain view
The apartment is ideally located in Canet-en-Roussillon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park in the public car parks near the accommodation. From 1 June to 30 September, a prepaid parking space will be available at the Balcons du Front de Mer car park, 30 m from the flat (with a unique card to be handed in at the flat).
Here's some information you may find useful regarding transportation:
- Nearest train station: Perpignan train station 15 km (18 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Perpignan airport 20 km (23 min by car)
Other notes :
- Dolce Gusto coffee machine pods not supplied
- The parking card (available from June 1 to September 30) is unique and non-replaceable. Please do not misplace it and return it to the accommodation after your departure.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
