Awful Experience

We booked this place as last minute booking due to an previous property had a problem. We messaged the host prior and confirmed that the stay was available. We had open communication until our arrival in Miami. The host failed to provide the exact information and incorrect details. We messaged the host a lot of time including calls and received no response. I happen to call from a friends phone and the host picks up immediately and we were hung up on. This was truly a nightmare. I advised the host prior what time we would be arriving. Vrbo made plenty attempts to contact the host as well and no response. The host refunded the booking under water damage & no remorse, apologies or anything was offered. Please avoid booking this unit. The host was very unprofessional & very rude.

We apologized for the inconvenience several times, yes you booked the unit at the last minute and we canceled due to having issues with our guest that checked out prior to your check in time. You and your boy friend then started calling and texting my phone threatening me I'm definitely glad we didn't host your stay definitely not the type of people I would've wanted in our unit.

The worst

I booked a week in advance and the host canceled my stay the day of when I asked to check in 2 hours early!!!!! SMH… I was already in the area it was Easter weekend so all the good stuff was booked…

Amazing

Would definitely stay here again! The host was amazing and very attentive. DEFINITELY BIGGER AND NICER IN PERSON! The host is very attentive and responds quickly and makes sure that we have everything needed. Just up the block from Bayside along with everything close by! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

The property was just as listed everything was perfect and clean the host left water bottles, snacks and wine for us and we really appreciate that after a long flight the communication was awesome and they checked on us several times to make sure we were ok and didn't need anything will definitley be back

Its was pretty Good overall

If I'm being honest, the place was beautiful, but the only concern is that the refrigerator was very dirty and also the stove. The rest was amazing. Another thing that I didn't like was that there was 1 bed in each room, and a inflatable queen size bed. The whole unit was extremely big and has that nice view from the above, and you can fit like 10 people in it! After all, we did enjoy it and I do recommend you coming staying here in Vizcayne. Ill give it a 4.4 star rating, just the refrigerator and stone was a mess, just being honest. Oh another thing that everyone is super nice and it has 3 pools, a gym, and a lot of more stuff on the 8th floor. My son did had a blast at the pool since it wasn't crowded at all.

Our listing shows that there is two queen beds and 1 air mattress we are upfront and honest about what we provide. I am also very confused about you saying the fridge and stove was dirty m, when they were cleaned by a professional company and checked to your check in I reached out to you several times during your stay and you stated everything was perfectly fine so this review definitely has caught me off guard
