🔴Please note:



• Per building rules, each unit includes 1 physical key and 1 fob. But don’t worry! Our smart lock system allows for mobile app entry and multiple digital codes for easy access ( Please note that it only works with US numbers). Need more flexibility? You can purchase a virtual fob at the front desk for around $10 (available daily from 8 AM to 10 PM).



• Washcloths are not provided.



• Please keep noise to a minimum and help us maintain a peaceful community. Parties or loud gatherings are not allowed and may result in fines by building management, which will be passed on to the responsible guest.



• To ensure a smooth check-in, it is mandatory that you inform us in advance who will be the main guest for the reservation, as this person must present themselves at the front desk upon arrival. If the registered main guest is unable to check in, a $53 fee will be required at the front desk to update the reservation with a new main guest.



⚠️ Potential for noise

Please take note you may hear occasional construction noise during the day. This is normal in an area undergoing rapid urban development and will not affect your stay at night. Recommendation: If you are sensitive to noise, we suggest bringing earplugs.

We had an amazing stay at this location. The place was conveniently located in downtown close to shops and restaurants. The only difficult part was check in. You need a fob to get to certain floors on the elevator but you don't get the fob until you check in to the condo. Everyone had to go to the lobby and have staff access our floors. Otherwise the place is perfect and the view is gorgeous. The beds are comfortable and it has all the amenities you need. Our family was very comfortable.

A few hours prior to check-in I had to ask for instructions. 10 minutes before check-in, I was called to say that there was a problem in the bathroom and that it was useable but there would be a hole in the ceiling. We were offered the opportunity to cancel but assured that everything was useable and clean. Upon getting into the unit the bathroom in the master was locked and we did not have any access. I called and spoke to someone who promised a quick solution but then never reached back out. The next morning I was able to use a tool to unlock the bathroom door but found the master bath was filthy and under construction. I called again and was told they would check. They emailed later that someone would come the following day to make repairs. However about 1 hour later, 4 men that didn’t speak English showed up to repair the bathroom. I tried to ask if they would be cleaning it and they said yes. Upon their departure an hour later, the bathroom was left a mess. It wasn’t until late the next day the room was cleaned. Also, please note that while the balcony currently has a beautiful view, there is a major construction project happening directly across the street that is noisy and will in time completely block this view. I will not return to this property or anything managed by WeHost again.

Property is located in the heart of Miami. Restaurants and shops are in walking distance. Parking was very convenient. There was an issue with the bed. This was fixed very quickly. They responded instantly. Very impressive. The view was excellent. Would definitely go back.

All rooms did not have a TV. The room that did have a tv was broke. There were no wash cloths. The kitchen did not have all necessary items to cook.
