Kapaa Top Floor Condo with A/C Pono Kai Resort

J305 is a 3rd floor condo in Pono Kai Resort. It has been newly remodeled with a fully-equipped kitchen. The A/C is in the living room with sliding glass doors leading onto the lanai, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view of the grounds and peeks of the beautiful ocean. There are newly installed vertical blinds in the living room. Easily accessible by stairs/elevator. Pono Kai is just a few steps away from charming Old Kapa'a Town with restaurants, galleries, stores, and a walking/bike path along the beach.

Provided: Bath, beach and kitchen towels. The bedroom features a Queen bed with all linens and extra blankets. The living room TV has Roku TV, cable TV and internet.

Please treat my condo as your 'home away from home.' Mahalo

Month in Kaua’i

We just spent a lovely month in Kauai. The condo was beautiful. Joanne was easy to book with and kept us updated as needed. We enjoyed the Pono Kai grounds and location as we explored the beautiful island.

Cute little place right in Kapaa

This place had everything needed for our stay. We loved the pool area and the great walking path along the beach. The place was super clean and the process was easy !

Perfect stay

Beautiful Condo. Had everything you will need. The Christmas lights on the deck railing was such a nice touch. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

Très bien situé

Tout était à notre satisfaction. Très bonnes communications avec la propriétaire et réponse rapide de sa part. Bien localisé à Kapaa, il ne manque rien dans le condo. Le complexe est très très bien entretenu. Le seul point à améliorer serait d’augmenter la puissance du système d’air climatisé car il ne suffit pas à climatiser l’ensemble du condo et ce, particulièrement la chambre à coucher. Pour le reste tout est impeccable.

We have stayed in other Pono Kai condos that seemed more like a 'home'. This condo was acceptable for our purposes. Main complaint is the condo could have been cleaner. A garment from a previous guest was found behind the bedroom dresser. In our opinion, the property needs a good 'deep clean'.

I love the little town of Kapa'a. From the first time I visited, I fell in love with it. I love the fact that you are steps away from town, and a block from the ocean following Pono Kai's walkways. Pono Kai offers so many amenities. The property is very nicely landscaped with an herb garden, nice walking paths throughout on the way to the ocean. Easily accessible by stairs/elevator. There are many outdoor activities available in Pono Kai Resort.

Pono Kai is just a few steps away from charming Old Kapa'a Town with restaurants, galleries, stores, and "Ke Ala Hale Makalae " walking path.

To wake up and have coffee, with peeks of the ocean, sitting on the lanai, enjoying the flowers and greenery, soft sweet breezes. At the end of the day, time to enjoy a glass of wine watching the reflections of the sunsets. What more can be said? Oh, the smell of the ocean!
