Place was in a great location, amenities were clean and well maintained. Would have loved to have air conditioning but we did just fine with open windows and fans.

New appliances are nice. Walk-out level to pool and beach viewing were great too. Furnishings seem a little dated, but not enough to affect the experience. Location is perfect to explore the entire island.

Cozy Beach Condo in a great location!

We booked a trip to Kauai last minute and luckily this place was available. It was the perfect place to recoup between all of our hikes and kayaking. My kids loved that we had both the beach and a pool right outside our door. Would definitely stay here again!

Great central location, enjoyed gorgeous sunrises each morning, lots of thoughtful touches, kitchen had all we needed to cook and eat in the unit, plenty of towels, nice clean pool and grounds. Grateful for onsite laundry. We appreciated the cooler and beach chairs.

NO air conditioning! My error not realizing. It got up to 91 degrees in the condo. NEED a security door if anything to keep the breeze going through condo. This is a health hazard! My sisters and I (ages from 66 to 70) is dangerous for a heat stroke!ANTS ANTS ANTS.... in the kitchen/dining area. I cleaned up daily sometimes multiple times during the day. And...what kitchen does NOT HAVE a can opener?BATHROOM: water seepage coming from the floor. Maintenance came out and fixed. We made the best of it...being together.

Kapaa Condo

We had a great stay, although we mainly used it as a place to sleep as we were out and about all day, every day! It was great to have access to a full-size kitchen so we could make and store meals without needing to eat out every day. It was also great to have a separate living room away from the bedroom as it gave us another space to relax in. Having the living room open up to the ocean was amazing, we loved keeping the windows open and listening to the waves crash. Will definitely be back!

Great location! Wonderful food near and in far corners of Island. Many sights and beaches. Monk Seal decided to nap on our beach.

Beautiful and Relaxing

We loved our stay at Kapaa Shores. Very pretty property, nicely maintained. Great ocean sounds and views. The pool and spa were very nice. Condo was clean , comfortable, and nicely decorated. Great location for restaurants, shopping, and traveling around the island !

Kapaa Shore

Very nice, clean unit in a resort that we have stayed in many times. We love the location and the convenience of being centrally located to everything. Running the path daily to Kelia Beach is always a treat. Was exactly as expected. Check-in/check-out was very smooth and easy.

Brilliant condo in a great location

Very nice condo with everything you would need in it (beach chairs and towels also supplied). A lovely location with a pool and the sea on your doorstep. Lovely chairs to enjoy the sea. Kapaa is a lovely place with plenty of restaurant options.

Kapaa Shores

We had a wonderful stay in Kapaa. Our unit was just steps away from beautiful sunrises every morning and a lovely pool and hot tub every evening! Candace was helpful when we called with questions/concerns and took care of everything right away. Unit comes with extra towels, beach towels and chairs which was great when we traveled to other beaches. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing location, beautiful sunsets!

This spot was perfect for us! Had everything we could imagine needing in the unit. Even extras! You can watch the sunset sitting in the couch/porch of unit and they are absolutely incredible! Comfortable and quiet spot. Would recommend to anyone wanting a convenient and beautiful location in Kapaa! Thank you for a great stay and first Hawaiian experience!

Well Equipped Condo

The condo was well equipped. It had all the kitchen utensils we needed, plenty of towels, etc. We knew that it didn’t have A/C, but since we were there in October we thought it would be OK. However, we were glad that in addition to the ceiling fans, there were 2 large fans in the unit to help the air circulation. The location is convenient – very close to the Safeway grocery store and local restaurants in Kapaa. We have been to Kauai numerous times and like to stay in Kapaa as there are beaches close by. it is also easy to get to the north and south parts of the island.

It’s all about the sunrises!!

This charming one bedroom condo was awesome. Clean and comfortable bed and couch. It’s on the ground floor with the condo and lanai facing east with the beautiful morning sunsets to view every morning over breakfast and a cup of coffee! Excellent cross ventilation if you open the bedroom windows and lanai sliding door. My girlfriend and I love to cook so the mornings and evenings we decided to cook the oven and BBQ’s were perfect. Pool and jacuzzi were awesome after adventurous days hiking, kayaking & snorkeling. I’d definitely recommend this property to anyone. I’d definitely want to rent it again upon returning to Kauai! Great location

Had everything we needed. Per other reviews, the front door hinge still needs to be fixed/replaced and the back patio blinds are very clunky and should be replaced as well. The biggest issue we had with the place is that it was very dark in there. No windows other than in bedroom and patio. It is an older place but kept up pretty well. I really like being on bottom floor. I'd say definitely worth the price for location and that it's steps from the pool and water. Only reason we'd not stay there again is really because we'd want more windows.

Nice view

The condo was clean and nice. We got to see the sunrise most days. I guess maybe I didn’t read the description well enough but I didn’t realize there was not air conditioning. It only came with salt and pepper so be sure to bring your own condiments. Others I have Stayed in have had the basics. The basics meant one roll of toilet paper. We called for more but never got a return call. But on the first day she was quick to call when we got lost To help us. Over all nice stay. Next time I’ll look for air conditioning if I plan to be there in the middle of the day
