With Loews Ventana Canyon Resort and lots of hiking trails walking distance, this three-bedroom condo is going to provide you with lots of happy memories during your next family vacation! Wake up to savor your first cup of morning coffee out on the furnished balcony with mountain views while the family sleeps in then head into the full kitchen to prepare a delicious breakfast for everyone to enjoy at the dining table with seating for six. You'll find stainless steel appliances that include a refrigerator and dishwasher, plus lots of counter space and cabinet storage. Off the kitchen, a stacked washer/dryer will take care of everyone's laundry while the central AC and ceiling fans keep the home nice and cool. After spending an afternoon enjoying the community hot tub, pool, tennis court, and fitness room, you can come home to enjoy a Netflix and HBO movie night with family and friends in the spacious living room. Have some work to do while you're here? The home includes a work desk and chair and the free WiFi will help remote workers and students accomplish their online projects.

Wonderful stay, beautiful place. Kitchen well equipped. Just missing a cheese grater and wine cork opener. Loved the pool and spa!

We enjoyed our stay. It is on the corner of the complex and has a great view sitting on the patio.

Good location and unit

Like the complex and location. Unit was in pretty good condition. Kitchen had a number of things missing (eg not enough glasses, no wine glasses) and needed a deep cleaning (found cereal and crumbs in a utensil drawer). Still liked the stay quite a bit.

Great location, comfy master, but outdated

Location is ideal, but unit is very outdated, dark and not well stocked especially relating to trash bags, dish detergent, toilet paper and my husband replaced a number of light bulbs so we could see. If your not planning on doing any cooking then it should meet your basic needs. It served our purpose while I settled a relative’s estate matters. Would not vacation in this unit.

Dirty Floors

Very nice location, but floors were dirty and the smell of antiseptic was overwhelming. Had to leave windows open for hours. Only three roles of toilet paper for a four night stay for four people. The interior was acceptable, but needs refreshing - very tired looking. Would not rent this unit again

OK condo

Property clean and neat. Very average furnishings king bed very comfortable. Easy entrance to hiking trails (Ventana Canyon) nearby. Negatives: unable to walk to Loews resort, a stones throw away. You have to drive there. Very disappointed about late check-in (4PM)—after all you are paying full rate for the night. Housekeeper was still on premises when we checked in at 4 PM. Also, we were not informed that workers entered our unit to repair bath mirror. Can be noisy at night due to events at Loews

Avoid dealing with Vacasa!

The property was absolutely wonderful!Pool/hot tub were great. Other guests were lovely!But dealing with Vacasa was ridiculous....they make the whole experience really unpleasant.I didn't want to setup an "account" with them (because I get so many unnecessary emails)----so was unable to manage reservation, get checkin/checkout instructions, door codes, property specifics (like how to schedule the tennis court) etc. And then trying to call their customer service will put you on hold for at least 30 minutes. Our door code stopped working the day before checkout....so we had to go thru it all over again to get a new code.I can't understand why any property owner uses them -- or why VRBO can't provide info!VRBO just refers you to Vacasa....so they seem to be just an extra layer of complexity IMO!

Booking, check in & internet communication were excellent. Condo was accurately described, clean & everything worked Bad news was that somethings were just annoying. 1. No maps of the grounds or directions to the pool,tennis courts. 2 supplies for the laundry & trash were very limited

wonderful option for a conference

We rented the condo to attend a conference at the resort. It was ideal. We were able to walk to and from the main resort, while having the comfort of a condo over a room in the resort.

YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU STAY HERE

Property other than location is lousy! To list a few issues - not clean, not well stocked in kitchen - insides of cabinets and contents dirty, master shower problems - flooded downstairs neighbors who informed us this was the 3rd time that had happened, toilet overflowed all over master bath, closet doors broken off tracks in guest room, lots of deferred maintenance everywhere, furnishings tired, several outlets not working, thermostat controlled by landlord. Now - onto the landlord - VACASA - this is a terribly run company - 5 stays with them in Tucson - 1 and only one stay was positive. We will never rent again when they are involved - difficult to reach, rude on the phone and lame efforts to “make it right” - we are supposedly getting $336 back for a 4 night $2000 stay. Our Christmas night was interrupted with neighbors pounding on our door because their unit was being flooded by our shower. 😒😒😒

Great location

The views were beautiful. Property outside was very nice. Plenty of room inside. Lots of utensils, pots, pans, plates. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Pita half chewed left behind toaster, many dirty plates, broken glass on deck, which my daughter actually got cut on, broken screens on bottom going out to deck. It was very hard to open windows with the shutters they had. No instructions left for how to use AC. It wouldn't cool off when we tried to change the temperature. There were no instructions left for where key to pool and gym was. I had to call. Also instructions for how to find the building was hard to understand based on paperwork we were sent.

Not OK!

The place would benefit from an update but that is not a deal breaker. It would have been fine for our purposes and I probably would have left a 4 or 5 star review WERE IT NOT FOR THE FACT THAT THE OWNERS HAVE CONTROL OF THE THERMOSTAT. It was hit when we visited but the owners would not let us turn the A/C down below 76. That is no where near cool enough in the desert. We contacted Vicasa and they contacted the owners but the owner still wouldn’t let us take the thermostat down below 76. This was not clear or mentioned in the listing so I feel as though we were deceived. Some members of my family were absolutely miserable and we spent a lot of time finding cooler environments in other locations. Not sure why owners would behave this way. But it didn’t leave a positive impression on us. I recommend you avoid this place unless you’re comfortable at or above 76°.
