Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 40 m² apartment in Nancy, which can comfortably accommodate 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
To offer our travelers even greater comfort, the sofa bed has recently been replaced.
The apartment comprises
- An 18 m² living room with a TV and a sofa bed (clic clac)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower and WC
The apartment is ideally located in Nancy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the apartment.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Nancy station 1.2 km (15 min walk)
- Nearest airport: Lorraine Airport 42 km (37 min by car)
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free WiFi available (fiber optics).
- A travel cot is available at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our on-site service provider).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
