Paradise Home away from Home: Golf, Swimming, Tennis, & lots of Fun in the Sun!

Stoneybrook Golf & Country Club on Palmer Ranch is a gated community offering an active lifestyle destination for vacation getaways and/or snowbirds.

The lush surroundings of 165 acres of natural habitat are perfect for walking and observing wildlife. The Legacy Trail is only a block away from our entrance offering over 10 miles of biking and walking. Less than 15 minutes away is the powdered sands of Siesta Key beach, America’s #1 rated beach. It is a short drive to downtown Sarasota for all the cultural experiences you could wish for, as well as world class dining and upscale shopping at the famed St. Armand’s circle. Stoneybrook’s location is ideal for active people looking to enjoy all that Sarasota and the Suncoast has to offer.

The private screened in lanai overlooks an expansive green area. Sit outside and watch the scenery in peace. Drink coffee or wine and listen to the birds sing and watch the palm trees swaying gently in the breeze or have a relaxing meal at the table. Enjoy the Solace!!

Stoneybrook is a bundled golf community with an optional membership transfer fee to use all of the facilities. Included with the membership are a challenging Arthur Hills designed golf course and Har-Tru tennis courts. Other amenities include a well-equipped fitness center, heated swimming pool, and bocce ball courts.

The Clubhouse is beautifully renovated, offering both fine and casual dining. Theme parties, Club planned events, pub nights, card games, Trivia and Mah Jongg are among the activities that bring members to the Clubhouse day and night.

Rentals of less than 30 nights will be considered, but the entire month will have to be blocked off as this is a monthly minimum complex.

NO pets

HOA application will be provided immediately after booking.

Great location

We loved the location with great restaurants & the beach nearby. The condo was spacious & comfortable with everything we needed for our 5 week stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place in Stoneybrook

We absolutely loved this condo in Stoneybrook. Enjoyed having a lanai in the front and back of the condo. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Enjoyed going to the Clubhouse for cocktails and dinner several times. Everyone was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again. The owners were absolutely great to work with. Great communication.

Wonderful Location

Comfortable Condo in Beautiful Community

We enjoyed our month long stay at Mandi’s comfortable condo in Stoneybrook. We loved walking and biking on the nature trails and viewing the sandhill cranes, herons, ibises and alligators along the many ponds on the grounds. Having the Legacy Trail a short bike ride away was a real plus. Our heated neighborhood pool was a peaceful spot to relax. The condo was spacious with very comfortable beds, plenty of towels and other household supplies. Good location to easily get to beaches and good places to eat.

Active Community in Great Location

My husband and I had a wonderful time during our stay in Mandi and her husband's condo in Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club. The condo was very well appointed, and she and her husband were very prompt and helpful in answering any questions we had. This community is very welcoming and active. Very nice location

We really enjoyed staying at this 2 bedroom condo. The location in StoneyBrook Country Club was the biggest selling point. It was close to the beaches and many places to visit and eat. It was easy to get around during our stay for the month of April. With the transfer of the golf membership, I enjoyed playing golf many times on the great course. The condo furniture was very nice, including the bedding. Communications with the host Mandi was always prompt. I would consider staying here again.

Great place in Stoneybrook

Wonderful condo for month long stay in this beautiful golf/country club community. Enjoyed our time here very much. Condo felt very spacious with high ceilings and lots of natural light. Front and back enclosed porches as well as “extra” room/den add to feel of plenty of space. Well stocked with supplies and excellent communication with owner (Mandi). Comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of parking in lot so not having garage wasn’t an issue. Highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again! Easy access to Legacy Trail (1.5 miles) and also close to a local Y and Selby Aquatic Center which is terrific for outdoor lap swimming.

We thought there was a garage with the rental. It was not stated but the picture of the unit shows a garage. The rental description also did not state it was a second floor unit. We had bikes so either the garage or a first floor unit would have made it easier to deal with our bike storage.

Beautiful condo, wonderful location

My aunt and I stayed there for a month because of hurricane Ian issues with our own houses. The condo was beautiful and had every thing we needed. The owners flew in our second week there to fix a few things that weren’t working in the beginning. They were great at communicating and very helpful. The location is great as it was located in a peaceful neighborhood but close to everything. We really enjoyed our time there.

Great golfing

The condo and golf were good. Unfortunately the condo offerd streaming TV which worked inconsistently and went out continously. We missed two Sundays of football playoff games, which was very disappointing. Live TV was basically not available due to continuous freezing. Even trying to use other Wi-Fi devices was spotty at best. The master bed was extremely hard and we needed a mattress pad to be able to use it. Also, this is the 1st rental we've been required to clean before leaving. The owner was very sorry regarding the TV issues ad offered a nominal credit. We would have preferred to have a TV that worked. Had we known it was streaming versus regular, we would not have rented this unit.

We deeply regret the inconveniences you experienced with the streaming TV service and the discomfort due to the Wi-Fi connectivity and streaming issues. We understand how frustrating it must have been to miss the football playoff games and encounter issues with the Wi-Fi connectivity. Since your stay, we've taken your feedback to heart and have made significant improvements to ensure a more comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests. We are pleased to announce that we now offer full cable service in the condo, providing reliable access to live TV, including sports channels, to prevent any future disappointments. Regarding the cleaning policy, we've always employed a professional cleaning crew to handle the major cleaning tasks post-departure, including laundry and sanitizing the condo. Like many vacation rentals, we do ask our guests to remove their trash, food, wash their own dishes, and leave the condo tidy. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and readiness for our next guests. Our cleaning crew takes care of the rest, ensuring everything is spotless for each new arrival. Quiet, clean and comfortable

Property worked for us. The internet and the TV were a challenging but owner did try to help. Learning how to operate the key lock and gate key were also resolved. Would have liked to be informed ahead of time about security camera in front lanai. Overall, the unit worked out well for us: quiet, clean, and comfortable with the owner responsive to issues.
