HI Keri-Thank you for your review- We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay on the Narrows of Lake Charlevoix. It is a very unique location with great water views. We do note in the amenities section that this home does not have AC. I will certainly have maintenance check the doors in the lower level as we have never had any issues with them shutting or locking and would encourage you in the future when there is an issue to reach directly out to your property manager so that any issues can be addressed immediately. We hope to see you back on your next trip to Northern Michigan.
