Gorgeous lake views & lake access right across the road w/private dock for swimming, boat slip, & use of paddle boards included in your stay.

The property has two buildings (main house and cottage) with shared outdoor patio space and dock space.

MAIN HOUSE:
-TWO Master bedrooms with king memory foam mattresses, his and her closet spaces and full en suites.
-TWO full bedrooms with memory foam mattresses and closet storage.
-Open concept floor plan with living room, dining area and kitchen overlooking the lake
-Walk out to large deck overlooking the lake with seating for up to 12, umbrellas and a BBQ for grilling.
-Bonus room on lower level with futon.

COTTAGE:
- TWO queen bedrooms with memory foam mattresses and garment racks
-Marble bathroom
-Open concept floor plan with living room, dining area and kitchen
-Deck overlooking the patio and the lake.

Additional features:
**DIRECT LAKE ACCESS via the home`s dock just feet from the home (just across the road).
**LAKE DECK on the edge of the lake with Adirondack chairs.
**LAKEVIEW PATIO SPACE with comfortable adirondack chairs for sunrise coffee and sunset cocktails, fire pit and hot tub.

The entire property would be for the exclusive use of your party.

There is off street parking for up to 6 cars. Uber and Lyft are available should you need.

4 SUP boards with 4 Adult, 4 Child life vests included. (adult must accompany child, strong swimmer recommended on busy lake). Use at your own risk.

Also included: cornhole, ping pong, jenga, arcade-style Mrs. Pac-Man console and board games.

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK:
- This rental is two separate homes (the main house and the cottage) on one property. Living space is split between them, so there is no single room or dining table that seats all 12 together.
- The homes sit on Route 9P, a busy road between the houses and the lake. Expect some traffic noise, especially in summer. The lake deck and dock are just across the road.
- Saratoga Lake is a natural lake. In mid-to-late summer, lake weeds can make swimming off the dock less appealing. Paddling and boating are not affected.
- Our well water is filtered but naturally hard. Use the reverse osmosis dispenser in the main house fridge for drinking water.
- The cottage is reached by outdoor stone steps from the parking area.
- Maximum 12 guests. Only guests on the reservation may stay overnight.
- No parties or events.
- Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere inside.
- No pets.
- Check-in after 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM.
- Please use caution crossing Route 9P to the lake. Children must be supervised at all times near the road, lake, dock, and hot tub.
- Use of the lake, dock, paddle boards, hot tub, and fire pit is at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
- Please place all trash in the outdoor bins before you leave.
