Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Located about 3 miles from downtown Fort Smith and located in the central area of Fort Smith, it doesn't take long to get about anywhere you want to go. The Gameroom and pool table provide entertainment for the indoor fun while the inground pool, diving board and grill are a blast for the family and friends when outdoors. WIFI is included now!!!! NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THEFT OR DAMAGE TO GUEST PERSONAL PROPERTY OR VEHICLES THAT TAKES PLACE DURING STAY. NO PARTIES. 5 PERSON LIMIT UNLESS DISCUSSED AND AGREED ON. Pool will open late april/ early may and be closed at the end of October

A great stay!

We had a lovely stay at Dillon's house. It exactly what we needed for our family. Nicely decorated and comfortable, the home made our trip a good experience. The pool was clean and the yard was well maintained. The game room was a favorite spot in the evening.

Home for the holidays

This is my second time staying at this property. It was perfect for being able to spend time with my children and grandchildren in the surrounding areas. I hope it's available to come back this summer. I highly recommend this property.

A real gem

A wonderful property, well appointed throughout, comfortable and spacious. The star of the show is the incredible pool, where we spent most of our stay, but everything else is perfectly homely too. 15 minutes drive from the airport, and with groceries and restaurants close by, the location only adds to the appeal.

Perfect location and lots of fun.

This was a very beautiful house had everything you need. Was only about 10 mins away from everything you needed to do. The town had lots of places to shop,eat and was very close. The owner was very nice and replied very quick to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this place for a get away. And the pool was a major plus the kids loved it. I will for sure plan a trip in the future.

Sorry im if this isn't the right place to leave the review on Treska. But Treska has probably been the most impressive guest I've had to date. She exceeded everything asked and left the home spotless and even cleaned the pool. She was absolutely wonderful
