Welcome to our charming villa in the Ardèche at the foot of the Coiron (10 minutes from Aubenas). You will find a private swimming pool with 6x3 alarm and not overlooked, 3 bedrooms (an additional sleeping area <9 m2 is also available with a 140 bed), 1 spacious modern kitchen, a large air-conditioned living room. You will benefit from a bathroom with shower, separate toilet. The master bedroom has direct exterior access to a magnificent peaceful and wooded garden, the other 2 bedrooms are equipped with a 160 bed. The house is equipped with a fiber box. Many tourist places are located in the area, you can visit Vallon Pont d'Arc and its mythical Grotte or Voguë with its castle or the hanging gardens of the village of Labeaume. The main roads (motorway and train station) are 35 minutes away and even the bus station is 15 minutes away. During the summer period we accept reservations from Saturday to Saturday. It is the perfect place for a successful holiday, with family or friends!
