Welcome to this oasis of greenery and calm in the middle of palm and banana trees. Ideally located in the middle of nature while being 15 minutes from the emblematic Place de la Comédie (historic center of Montpellier), 10 minutes from the lake of Cres, less than 30 minutes from the beaches, and 15 minutes from the sources of the Lez, where you can swim and enjoy the magnificent Montpellier hinterland with its exceptional vineyard, the Pic Saint Loup. For family outings, the Guinguette du Massillan in Teyran will liven up your evenings with ease.
The accommodation

In this contemporary villa with a surface area of 170m² you will have all the modern comforts necessary for a great stay: centralized roller shutters, ducted air conditioning, American kitchen, scullery, large covered terraces around the heated outdoor swimming pool (10mx5m) its depth of 1.60m allows you to have fun serenely.
Its fully fenced and perfectly vegetated garden of 1000m² allows you to enjoy the sun throughout the day (or to put yourself in the shade of a too intense sun) while being out of sight.
The terraces are equipped with deckchairs, outdoor lounge, large family table for 8 people and barbecue.

The kitchen is perfectly equipped (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine...) and a large central island for aperitifs with friends.

The large living room is equipped with a 126 cm television with 2 large lounge sofas, internet, Bose speaker.

A pantry with washing machine, drying rack and ironing board are at your disposal.

In terms of rooms and amenities, the house is composed as follows:

-1 suite of 17m² with a double bed, private bathroom, toilet and dressing room,
-2 bedrooms of 12m² with a double bed 160x200 and dressing room
-1 bedroom of 11m² with a double bed 140x200
- A large room 9m² water bed with double sink
- A separate toilet

That is 8 beds in total.

Traveler access
The entire villa will be reserved for travelers.
