The property is ideally located near the Pic St Loup vineyards, just 20 minutes north of Montpellier and 45 minutes from both the beaches and the Cévennes, in the charming village of Saint Mathieu-de-Tréviers. The wellness area features an exceptional 25 x 3 m lap pool, a 5 x 5 m relaxation pool with submerged sunbathing area, and an uncovered outdoor jacuzzi for 4. The lap pool and spa are heated from mid-April to October depending on the weather. The spa can be used in winter if the weather allows, available for an extra fee with 48 hours’ notice.



You’ll have two terraces, a barbecue, pétanque court, private parking for 8 cars, and 2 reinforced sockets for electric vehicles or bikes.



The 240 m² house offers generous spaces: a 60 m² living room, meeting room option with XXL TV, the possibility to arrange breakfasts and meals, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area with a large table for 15. There’s a guest WC, 6 bedrooms with 15 high-quality beds, all separable (180 x 200 or 90 x 200 cm).

Beds are made on arrival and a bath towel per person is provided. Utilities and final cleaning are included.



No smoking indoors. Due to the neighbors 40 m away, please keep noise down outside, especially after 10 pm. Check-out time varies by season.
