Room 1 is a king Sleep Number bed, room 2 is a queen and twin bunk bed, and the front room is a queen sofa sleeper with a new memory foam mattress. The condo complex is on Assawoman Bay. Stacking washer/dryer, internet access, cable TV, beautiful view of the bay from the back patio.

- 2 bedrooms; 2 full baths - no bathtub
- Spacious Common Area w/ Pullout Sofa, Xfinity Cable and Internet, Smart TVs in bedrooms and front room.
- Full Kitchen and Dining Area
- Balcony is perfect for spending time outside

Quick getaway

It was a little further from the boardwalk than I expected, but it turned out to be perfect. It was a nice view of the skyline of the craziness without being in the craziness! It was a really nice, well maintained place to spend a few day. I would stay there again.

Great week on the Bay.

Very nice unit in a quiet location bayside in OC. The views from the balcony are great and you can comfortably sit out from morning til night. A Very convenient location - close to everything you’ll need to enjoy a great week at the beach. Perfect for a mid-sized family. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
