Please note: There is one wall-mounted Split-A/C unit for the entire home, located in the living room. Standing tower fans are provided in both bedrooms.

• EV charging is NOT permitted in the garage or anywhere on the property.
• Small pets under 20 lbs. may be considered with prior approval and a $250 pet fee. *No pets over 20 lbs.

*ADULTS ONLY: This property is not suitable for children under 13 years old due to stairs, glass, balconies, furnishings and other safety considerations.
