We LOVED our stay at this beach house! It was perfect. The owner is the best host I’ve ever worked with for a rental. He is quick to respond, and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The house is just a quick 2 block walk to the beach, the garage is stocked with beach supplies, and the top floor living room has double doors that open to a little patio with an ocean view. The BREEZE that comes in the home is heavenly. We enjoyed wine on the roof deck many nights, watching the sunset views. Every bed in the house is super comfortable, with lots of extra linens and pillows. There are plenty of towels for each room, including beach towels. The house was stocked with all of the kitchen, and bathroom, and cleaning supplies we needed to get started. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies, and I never needed to buy anything other than food! The house was immaculate and has a laundry room and cleaning closet stocked with cleaning supplies- vacuum/broom/cleaning supplies/etc. I could go on, and on, we just loved our stay so much. You’re about a 10 min walk from Pier Ave, but there are a few great restaurants & markets just a few blocks away. We loved becoming “regulars” at these places for the month. Parking was great- we were able to park one SUV in the garage, & the other car in the driveway. The house does get some street noise, from cars driving by, but we didn’t mind, because again… the beach view and breeze! We are already dreaming of our next trip here.
